I had an aha moment when listening to this. I constantly hear from different sources to get out of your comfort zone and I realize that comfort zone it literally my limiting self identity. 🤯 it doesn’t have to be reaching out to a new employer or talking to a stranger at the store but it’s getting out of the comfort of who I think I am. The comfort my brain gets from playing small, being shy, people pleasing, having no boundaries, being hyper independent and self critical.

10:09 create a detailed vision of who you want to become: who is that person living that life? what does it feel like to be that person? start living life as that person. feel, be, and act as this new person.

What you said is true. You can’t just think yourself to a new belief or occupation of success. You have to have the tools, skills and mindset first. You can’t just say, I am enough or I love myself. You have to embody the qualities to really feel good enough or love yourself. You can’t want success without the skills, and habits to be successful. You hit this one out of the park!

I have been doing this for many times and it works always. But the questioni is: how do you stop the cycle of coming back into the fearful state and forgetting for a moment again who I am, in other words, how do I stay consistent with this new mindset and eliminate doubts with ease.. eventually it’s all about accepting this identity but this fallbacks are occurring in a cycle…
Keep in mind it takes time, repetition and consistency to rewire your mind. For example, if you’ve held onto old beliefs, or you’ve had this old identity building for 10, 15 or 20 years, it’s very hardwired into your subconscious at the moment, and it will likely resurface now and again when we fall into an unconscious state, and it’s going to take some time and dedication to create a new you! However, it’s worth the time and effort, and one way to speed up the process is to create an elevated emotion around the NEW identity. Whenever we have an elevated emotion, it creates stronger neural networks in our brain and therefore impacts our subconscious much deeper and faster.
Im not saying it has to take 10 years to rewire 10 years of old habits - but it definitely does take some time, dedication and repetition! Don’t give up 🙏🏼✨ it’s normal to have moments of feeling like the old self, but eventually that will completely fade away as you keep staying conscious and reminding yourself of the NEW you!

No, you can’t manifest a bad result, you can support your body to fight it though. But you can manifest an sti before the fact by fearing it or focusing on it.
