“Unexplained Infertility” 🤔🤔🤔🤔 We use those words together WAY too often in my opinion.
So many of my patients come to me believing they have something called ‘undiagnosed infertility’

Today, I want to share Petra’s story with you. She spent hours of research trying to diagnose herself when no one else seemed to be able to give her answers.

I’ve been trying for almost 7 years and I have dijestive issues too .. I really hope 2024 is it for us
Have u tried any supplements or fertility lubes? Girl I been trying longer than u 😢 I had a chemical pregnancy back in 2011 while on the bc pill.... But now nothing is happening for me 😫 been to the Dr recently got ultrasound my uterus looks amazing no cysts or anything abnormal.
I may have to detox and reset my body. And hey girl I hope u get ur miracle baby too. I know what u r going through. I'm currently on a crap load of vitamins and I ordered preseed lube I only used it once a couple days ago but I need to use it AGAIN like tonight cuz I feel my ovulation approaching 😅
4 years trying with endometriosis.. I’ve watched so many of your videos in the last year, they give me so much hope!
I had endometriosis and didn't know. Found it during laparascopy checking for blocked tubes. It was outside the uterus but not blocking tubes. Then did hysterescopy, no endo inside, but as they said, we still can't look inside the tube. The test with a dye before these surgeries showed both blocked. I did these operations within 2 neighboring cycles. Then doctor said-take hormones for 1 month. I was reluctant but did it. Next cycle: natural fraternal twins ❤❤ i am breastfeeding them now as I am writing this comment 🎉 So, one doctor said, it would not have worked that fast, you actually did not have infertility (i went for checks after3,4 months of trying. Another dr said, the hormones cleaned up the tubes a bit. It's the one people take continuously for endometriosis, but I took for 1 month. It supresses estrogen, and my next period after it was really small in amount, while usually it's a lot. So, i think the 2nd doctor was right, much less tissue grew in that cycle that I hac hormones. Now I want another baby before several cycles may make endometrium build up again. Have not had periods yet, breastfeeding. Wish you good luck!🎉🎉🎉 p.s. i myself am a fraternal twin😂

Almost 2 years of trying unexplained infertility. Got pregnant with first iui on 50mg of Clomid and trigger unfortunately ended in a mmc. Tried again naturally, nothing happened, did another IUI which was unsuccessful. I just want to know what the issue is so we can fix it. I feel like the egg and sperm or not meeting for whatever reason even though hsg showed tubes were open. I do get bloated so maybe it's what I am eating.
Atleast u got pregnant ❤ and u know u can conceive. Ur body just needs a boost!!! I went to Dr and I wanted clomid but Dr wouldnt give me a prescription for it 😭 he says I don't need it bcuz I ovulate regularly.. he did an ultrasound of my uterus and ovaries and everything looks good he says my tubes cld be blocked but id have to go to another dr for that... 😢

After having a CM at 5 weeks i cant seem to get preg the EPU said i had a cyst on my ovary she didnt give me a recheck or treatment. 8m ttc and negative since my last pregnancy lost. I have contacted the gp for a scan to check if this has blocked my fallopian tubes, ive done a bloodtest to check FSH. With the holidays its taking forever before they can refer me to the fertility clinic. Im over 36 so within 6m of trying they can refer so meet all the criteria.

Thank you for the effort and informations you give us. I am 25 and I just recently had an ovarian cyst removed through laparoscopy and I am scared of not being able to carry a baby after this procedure. I took an AMH test one month post laparoscopy and it was at 0,5. Before this procedure I was at 1.48 AMH. Was it low because the ovary did not recover yet? and how much time should I wait before taking the test again to get accurate results?

I am 35 years old and am diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I did my first cycle of IUI with letrozole 2.5 mg ,which was unsuccessful. I have regular cycles with regular ovulation. Should I request a doctor follicles monitoring and a trigger hcg shot? Is trigger shot helpful in unexplained infertility with normal ovulation? I hope you do reply.

What about the cold sores? Is that typically related to candida or is herpes its own impediment?
Candida does not cause cold sores only herpes.
@@CrystalM1917 Right. But the woman pointed out cold sores yet the only treatment was for candida.
@@anonanonymous1970 it seems that candida die off can temporarily cause flu like symptoms and I guess if you have herpes lying dormant in your system, it could cause it to flare when detoxing? Idk, she may be confusing both problems, not knowing its not the same. I've never had cold sores but I may have the candida overgrowth. It's hard to know bc I never get yeast infections either...but I do get eczema from time to time on my skin, which candida could be a cause of that.
I have constipation problem I'm always blooded I can go a week without doing number 2, when I do go I always bleeds a lot and I have hemorrhoids. What can I do? Please help me so I can get pregnant 🤰 I'm already 44 years old with stage 4 endometriosis

I have two other children by a different partner. My husband and I have been trying for 2 years. Ok sperm analysis. Ive had blood drawn several times everthing is normal and had my tubes checked and no bloackage. Ive had both inner and outer ultrasounds only found a small cyst on my ovary. Did 2 cycles of clomid at 50mg got pregnant on 2nd time but it ended in a mc. Was only about 5ish weeks. Had a iui done about 6 or so month later in which i had a follicle that was were it need which was 16mm but it was unsuccessful. What do to if this is more a male infertility issue? Ivf is just not an option at this point in our life and i want to know what we can do to try and help avoid a failed iui or ivf.

Fallopian tubes are not easy to unblock but there are a few things you can do to support this process.
I have an Amh of 0.32 at 32 years. I tested after I had Covid, so I don’t know if that is an influence. I am going to do my first IVF or at least freeze my eggs because I don’t know how much time I have. And then, if it doesn’t work out, I will consider getting help from you. On my report the doctor wrote unexplained infertility. I had problems conceiving even with an Amh of 1.09..when I tested that Amh had already 1 year of TTC, so I imagine the starting point Amh was higher. Also, question: with an Amh of 0.32 ng isn’t it an asyncronicity to have 8 antral follicles?
I am wishing you luck on your cycle. As for your AMH and AFC, you are correct. They don't match and I see this often.
