It was the last of the great parts of the series if you ask me.
@Mario The credits, the Elite Four theme, Gym battle theme, Ghetsis theme and the bridge theme (probably the best song). All of those off the top of my head.
I want them to do the metal cover for the B/W credits song!!
N is an amazing character
I’m a Gen 3 baby and I wasn’t huge on Gen 5 when it came out.
In retrospect Gen 5 was probably one of the best generations, introducing triple and rotation battles, new animations, a whole new dex, fantastic story and killer music. Absolutely brilliant cover Jack!
That happens a lot with Pokémon. People dislike gens upon release, then put them on pedestals years later.

This song gave me chills when I played BW and got to this part. It was such a break from the traditional E4 and Champion battle, seeing an entire castle rise up from the ground and getting to see Ghetsis' true plan and how he manipulated N. One of the best moments in Pokemon history.
one of the best pokemon plots ever too.

I'll say it here once, the battle being interrupted with Team Plasma for all of the gym leaders / most of your friends made in game rushing the castle to help you get to N and Ghetsis is one of the best cutscenes in the pokemon series.

Gen 5 is where I come into the series, even though my first Pokémon game was counted as gen 4, for main game specifically, gen 5, this is by far one of my favourite metal covers ever

I've been a metalhead for 13 years, I'm mostly into Technical Death Metal, Black Metal, Experimental Metal, Progressive Metal, Extreme Metal etc.. this could work well as a Black Metal and or Technical Death Metal Archspire kind of thing. I've been a Pokemon fan for almost 20 years. I started with Gen 3, but Gen 4, 5, and 6 are my favorites definitely Gen 4.
