Joneng stainless steel sanitary round non pressure manhole processing

In this video, we show how the stainless steel manhole is processed.
Non pressure manhole is a round hole with cover to be installed in the top of the tank. It allows a person or hand to go through it into the tank to do the clean or inspection. That’s why it is called manhole. It consists of the bottom loop, cover and gasket. For the bottom loop, we cut the rectangle shape from the plate, then curve and weld it while for the cover, we make it by pressing. After finish the bottom loop and cover, we will assemble them with gasket.
The round manhole is widely used for food, milk, beer, water , beverage applications .

Surface treatment: Ra 32μin (0.8μm) as default
