If you owned this house and could sell it for one million American dollars, would you list it for one -quarter million instead to make it more affordable to someone who is unable to afford the higher price? No you wouldn't; you would sell it for the highest price you could get.

Im sorry but nothing about this house is lovely....designed is flawed...kitchen and bathroom need to be fully renovated. This house does not look move in ready.....probably have to spend another 5-10 mil to get it modernized...not worth it!
