No you wouldn't; you would sell it for the highest price you could get.

Will admit the house not bad but how on earth poor Jamaican can afford homes that expensive? Everything happens overseas, Jamaica copies it. House prices out of control:)))) For 28,000,000, the interior should have high end appliances.

Im sorry but nothing about this house is lovely....designed is flawed...kitchen and bathroom need to be fully renovated. This house does not look move in ready.....probably have to spend another 5-10 mil to get it modernized...not worth it!
