Jamaica has gotten so expensive ..... my biggest fear is buying then home prices begin to drop...... there are other carribean islands that for this amount of money you will get a way bigger house or villa
Which Caribbean island have bigger homes for less. Certainly not Barbados. Their new apartments are smaller and go for 4 million USA to 10mil. Plus Jamaica has a vibe that the other islands lack. It's the culture, the proximity to the USA and the ease of the country and just the people. That cannot be duplicated. That drives demands. Everyone wants to be a Jamaican. 🙂
@@eileenwatt8283 Everyone wants to be Jamaican except Jamaicans, especially the foreign/colonised minded ones. They are the first to throw dirty water on Jamaica while doing the most to uplift other countries.
Property Viewers congratulation on you reaching 40,000. I like the area you are showing. It is very nice and airy, with a lot of mountain views. Keidra they need to build a small shopiping center with access to Banks, Supermarket, Dry cleaners, Restaurant etc. They need to make the place more accessible for people ,who buy houses into the Community and don't drive. It's not everybody that live in Gated Communities drive. Keep Up The Good Work. Blessings.
Problem with these "estates" is you can wait decades to sort the infrastructure after suffering high blood pressure and stroke from dealing with the appropriate entities. Developers will offer the world but fail in their delivery and they get away with it. This development was covered by the Bonnicks? (TH-camr couple). They did their due diligence and there were several red flags so they pulled out.
Exactly. They’ve been selling this project from when and from what I heard the developers doing some sketchy stuff. I would have to hear from someone that is living there
In my interior design opinion the kitchen cabinets should have been black or white and the furniture in a Natural color/tan/off white to open up the space. It’s beautiful nonetheless
Nice to see you again my chocolate 🍫 queen doing a wonderful job as always. Keep up the great work my dear, alway's loving you from London England 🇬🇧🇯🇲🏝️🥰🇬🇧
I remember years ago before this community was fully built I traveled to Jamaica 🇯🇲 from Canada 🇨🇦 to see them. The builders were Canadians and promoted them from here. Inside the fated community looked good, but I wasn't impressed with the surrounding community. Bad roads and broken down homes en route to the gates. Has this changed? Great view of the sea from the gatehouse and close to many amenities
I really really loved the homes but when the road to get there !! And the surrounding neighborhoods aren’t cute That’s the biggest turn off for me why I didn’t purchase there. But it’s a lovely development once you’re inside
Probably not, Jamaica don't care about aesthetics..Look at the amount of upscale neighborhoods with poor roads and Side walk..I went to poor little St Vincent and the grenadines the other day and couldn't believe how clean the place was with minimal broken sidewalks, then come back to Jamaica and wondering why garbage everywhere??Why bad roads all over??why vendors take up all of our sidewalks.smh
I love this property. At first I was saying the dining area was too small. When you continued to show us the house I saw the room that could be use for a dining area. Can you build a higher fence? What can we change on the house and not change? The only thing I think when building a home we should be able to get a tub and shower.
A lot of space was wasted on that huge back porch which could have been utilised to build an hallway at the front of the house, instead of just stepping through the front door and straight into the living are. Just an observation, but apart from that I loved the house and the grounds.
@@annblake3993 Some in JA r in good professions or businesses can afford even more pricey homes but not the majority. I have 2 homes in Richmond Estate that i rent to companies who pay good rental. You guys showed this house already. What's wrong with the property why you repackaging it and showing it again. You didn't show the drive to the property this time. Hhhhmm. Red flags.
Great home tour! I cringe whenever you say 'this unit'. That's a term mostly used when new homes are in the pre-construction/pre-occupancy phase or when talking about a condo or townhouse. Please just say this home.

If these are units are built by Housing Agency headquartered in Caledonia Road ,Cross Roads in Kingston am NOT interested. They are notorious for poor workmanship non excistent or poor infrastructure poor quality materials . Talking from experience.
The community is beautiful, but the homes are ridiculously small for that price. There is obviously no room for improvement. No room for a dining table to seat at least four people. This is an insult. Jamaica do better! I would rather have my house built to my specifications.
I like a nice neat 4 bed 4bath real huge rooms nice fruited trees nice back yard with gazebo’s swimming pool and a pool house
The property sales lady ,did an excellent job, selling the property ❤

Jamaica’s real estate value never goes down! Trust. These prices are exorbitant but in 10 years it will be worth double.

Very nice house. Thanks for the presentation.
I really like this one except the kitchen cabinets! I like modern so I would definitely change them, but I like this vibe.
That's exactly what I said, why that color wood. It's dated, even in the bathrooms.

You know what the absolute stand out feature of this community is? NO horrible overhead powerlines!
That's so true
I went and visit these homes..beautiful homes..the down fall is the road to get there..

Does Jamaicans have the same rate of pay as America? Why are the prices on homes so out of reach for Jamaicans who’re living in these homes?
Great point. They are selling to attract foreigners, not locals.
Most of us build our homes or buy from NHT. That way is much more affordable.
@@michelelewis-mx4ty so who are these over priced houses marketed to?

Is there some lighting and shop in the area now. Driven through many times, a little remote for the price. They are quite beautiful though.🌹👍
No. This is considered borderline ghetto

Are there any more properties available in this community for sale?
The lot is very nice but why would you put a shower 🚿 in the primary bedroom? It doesn't make any sense.

I think the entrance door should have been a double door, house would look more grand otherwise it's not bad at all 😊

Music is to dance to. The facade is better, then inside
The music is so distracting, perhaps a lower volume could work better!

My opinion you don't need music when selling property, to me its a distraction of the product you are selling.
The prices of houses in Jamaica is so expensive . how much hard work to own one
This is the second time that you guys have shown a home twice. Great listing though ,needs to be marketed alot more.
I thought I was the only one who noticed this.
What is the monthly, average maintenance fee for each of these homes?
Who is the developer on this? Anybody knows?
