@@tex959 between 2019 - 2022 I did the ketamine infusion therapy at South Coast Ketamine & TMS in Encinitas, CA. I did an initial ‘battery’ of I think 6, 55 min infusions to find a comfortable dose and rabidly regrow my atrophied receptors. After that it was 4-8 weeks apart one 55 min infusion. When I stopped I had moved to pretty consistently to 8 weeks apart. Currently I don’t have access to the infusion therapy because I moved away from that area but I now have access to psilocybin so have been using that in microdses and for me it’s been extremely positive. The ketamine really closed a deep untouchable emotional hole inside of me that I never dreamed of being gone because I didn’t know of any time when i didn’t have that darkness in me. That was a huge change in breaking my addiction and gave me the hope I needed to do the hard work of tracing the addiction triggers and learning to manage them in a healthy way that didn’t rob my dignity.
@@tex959 I wrote a more detailed reply but it seems to have been moderated 🤷🏼 I was getting KIT sessions at 4-8 weeks depending on my stress level and finances. I don’t have access now as I live in another area but find 🍄🟫 to be an effective alternative. I use micro and macro depending on how sever my major depression symptoms are but thankfully the addiction cravings have never come back after the 1st year
Did one series of 6 infusion treatments at the beginning of 2024, and I can't begin to describe how much better my life has been since finishing those treatments. It's unfortunately expensive for most people, but if you need it, and can afford to do it, it's very much worth it, especially if you integrate your experiences after each treatment. It's been a blessing.
This along with mindfulness is a powerful combo. I remember that mindfulness book called 30 Days to Reduce Depression by Harper Daniels being a huge help for me, and the Tao Te Ching.

Did infusions for 2 years. Broke a 20+ year addiction. Life changing is an understatement.
That's awesome 👌 I'm curious after two years if you're protocol is now once a month or just when you feel like you need it?

dude I am so proud of you and happy to hear this.
Where did you find access to the infusions? I'm in Australia and find it hard to get much info on alternate treatments

Saved my life and keeps me stable. You can think of it like a therapy accelerant at the least.
I achieved enlightenment and became a whole, complete person thanks to ketamine. It's Nirvana in a bag.

Thanks Andrew, next episode make sure to include where I can find ketamine and how much it costs so I can make sure to avoid it!!
Hmmm.. why avoid it?
@tex959 cos he obviously has no self control, either that or just has tunnel vision and a closed mind 😂
He ain't chat GPT bro
What are your thoughts on the effectiveness of Normotim?
They are there are Ketamine clinics all over Las Vegas.
yeah but the clinics cost an arm and a leg so it's better to just call your local dealer and do it yourself
Psilocybin mushrooms 🍄 I swear by. 7g, ground into a powder, turned into a tea. Do that every 2 or 3 months
It’s hard to find
@@LightingLotusLove It's as available as weed here. Which country do you live in?
@@JayDoogie I’m in America
@@LightingLotusLove then you can find it easily online. You can even google it. They ship nation wide.

Will a ketamine session uncover repressed memories from childhood?
Lawsuits? Pharms?
did a full course of spravato and it did nothing for me lol
The isolated, synthetic or copycat versions almost never work as well as the originals. It's grift in every case imo
Because every individual varies
I can not depression okay 😂
Wondering who are you talking to? Other researchers? Drs, certainly not patients with a depression problem.
