Sorry about the failed Premiere for this video, TH-cam was showing it at 360p which looked super shit, So I cancelled the premiere and made it public. Sorry, hopefully I'll see you in the live chat next time.
That would have been excellent resolution in the 1980s. Remember the 1980s! Big hair, and hair to floss out of your teeth if you got lucky. I don't miss the 1980s except for knowing what gender I was and everyone else did too! Thanks for you effort to produce these videos and the Rizom ones too.
Thank you Sam for keeping our dying RFc4d community alive! I must say that you did way more for us than those muted Nextlimit videos on their website :) I have a question and it seems that you are my last hope - I'm using Thinking Particles with RF, and I'm trying to transfer age data to my Arnold TP Group, so I can use Arnold shader properly. Any idea where to look for the answer, other then reading whole documentation both RF and Maxon, regarding TP and Xpresso :) One way or another - thanks once again for your great attribution to the community, it's greatly appreciated!
Thank you! I'm really happy you enjoyed the videos. To answer your question (or rather not) I don't have much experience currently with thinking particles and RF for C4D, maybe this will be something I look into in the future, sorry.
I learned a lot by watching your tutorials on realflow, don't stop this series!
Sam, you rock. Of all the many digital tutors out there that I've learned from, your presentation style is the one I enjoy most.
Cheers buddy, that's really nice to hear, I'm glad you are enjoying the tutorials :)
Thank you for continuing the Realflow videos 🙏
I love your realflow tutorials

Nicely explained 👌👌👍🏻
greatest tutorial
This is useful, but you've set me a challenge!
Thank you!!!

using the vertex map of age can do it, I found it when followed this tutorial.
Your tutorials are awesome! Can you make a Deamon filter tutorial, and how to make foam using a filter, please!
I'll look into it :D
@@DIGITALMEAT Thanks!!
What about weights with fluids instead of emitters? can't make that work for some reason
In what respect?
Very good and interesting. I have an answer. Do you know if it's possible du use vertex Map with ProRender? I can't do it. Thenks for all.
You should be able to do this in prorender

Yes, you can create a vertex map based on the age of particles, then use this to drive materials.
been trying this with Octane, but octane doesnt support vertex maps.
yes, it does
I don't really use Octane but i'm pretty sure you can feed vertex maps into an Octane material
@@DIGITALMEAT Maybe I need to update Octane because it doesn't work. Is a known issue.
My C4D crashes whenever I increase the timeline for simulating Mesh (0-600frames).
it shouldn't do, mine doesn't do that.
Can i achieve this with arnold render
If Arnold can use Vertex maps, then yes.
What is your insta id sir, i m one facing problem with realflow liquid.
Go to my website, all social media links are in the footer
wow. that's a complicated process
