This does NOT work. I selected US Region, and waited for it to finish system update... but then clicking on Wii System Menu version just immediately says system files are corrupted when trying to go past the Lenguage menu. It then froze when the error popped up, forcing me to close it manually. There is not anywhere to go to fix it and trying to look online says nothing.

The option was added in version 5.0-4588 so the stable build (5.0) doesn’t have it. If you install any of the recent beta versions of dolphin it should be there
the main reason one would want this is the message board for things like that mario galaxy picture you get for beating it or the calling's lady in red messages.

are you useing dolphhin emulator on ios if yes maybe your iphone is blocking it from renameing the temporary fst file tho i don't have have a fix if you have any security maybe try disableing it

I installed the europe version cause i testing something, but now I want the us version. How do I delete the europe version? EDIT: you have to go to documents then dolphin emulator then u remove the wii folder. next open dolphin and just follow the steps in this video to pick ur region

you have to configure pointer settings cause it doesnt use controller inputs at that point

When I shut down the emulation and start it again I always have to do the complete setup of the wii menu again

the way i installed it was from a NUS downloader... but when i try to get on the wii menu, i cant use my mouse to select things. please help!

when u have the wii menu and make miis in the mii channal, those miis are usable in any game you play in the emulator

No it can't work that way
U can by right clicking the disc u want and if the emulation is on then just click change disk.

Its ok, make sure that in the setup you choose the top option in the sensor bar position. you can change that in the wii menu settings.
