I stopped birth control and I've been through it 🙃 | 1 YEAR UPDATE 2024

As promised, here's my 1 year update off of birth control :)
I've learned so much about myself and my body in the last year, and I'm happy to say that I'm out of the trenches and finally thriving.

I got off the depo after 3 years and my acne breakouts lasted for over a year, it was horrible. Finally more manageable now! Having a normal cycle again is the best part!

You honestly could have so many more subscribers, but I know this isn't your full-time job 😭❤ WHY is this video so relatable?! I mean, I got off the pill about a year ago, and my mental health is so much better! Still need to lose weight, tho. My only struggle right now is that I'm losing my hair and going bald 😢 I think it's the birth control still getting out of my system? Please let me know if you have any home remedies or advice 🙏 I'll be scheduling with a doctor, too. Love you ❤❤❤

And I think my hair is naturally on the thinner side so I usually do a hair oil mask 2 to 3 times a week before hair washing and I noticed it helps :)

After being off birth control for 2 years I can finally say that I feel like myself again, during it my mental health was BAD (literally I was at my lowest). Best decision ever made. Tho I kinda miss the smooth and soft skin that the pill gave me ahaha but I rather have a little bit of acne instead of crying every single day lol
