I’m moving out there in a few months with my 3 kids. I’m taking my retirement out early from my job and finishing up my bachelors online (cuz of the Covid thing). I’m super excited about having a more spacious place for literally HALF the money. My plan is to get straight into an apartment. After speaking with a few places, they said I’d be able to pay 6 months of rent, since I’d be coming unemployed.
Nice video. We moved here almost 2 years ago and I do not regret it at all. I do NOT miss the freezing cold winters & ice and snow where we moved from. We came out to look for a place first. That all went smoothly and we're still living in the same place. I will be keeping an eye out for more of your videos.

I had a "friend " that lived there with her dad prior to me moving down there and she became my roommate. Needless to say that didn't work out and I moved back to the east coast. So now I am planning to move back to Vegas, but I'm super nervous because this time I'm moving there completely alone and this time I dont have a job to Transfer. The main thing I find myself being nervous about is being scammed on a place to live..

My sister and I are coming next month, with little money, no car and a lot of faith. We’re in Sacramento California right now but we’re hoping to get a nice studio and work our way up from there. I’m hoping everything flows easily ✨ - love your video

Anyone reading this, do NOT move to Vegas. Been here 5 months, from the Northeast, and its horrible here 1. Culture here is dead outside of the strip 2. Just miles and miles of suburbs, not walkable 3. People here are standoffish and not friendly. Not approachable 4. The hot weather isn't a problem. It's really the dryness it does to your skin/hair 5. Job market is horrible. Lack of versatile job market, and low wages If I could save one person from moving here from this post, it would be a success
Weeklys are a hit and miss but the best thing to do is to pay for it online they do have that option I did it myself, I recently evacuated due to Napa fires but nothing can stop me I’m highly motivated and this isn’t my first rodeo with Vegas, you have to be fast when trying to snatch up a weekly; yes they are in the hood but hey I’m from Oakland, I mind my business and also when it comes to jobs try working at fedex they pay every week and give bonuses every week also that way rather your in a weekly or not your able to stack up each week
how broke is broke? as i think i stated in the video...use craigslist and get a roommate...there will be people who say dont do this but thats dumb...every1 uses the internet to communicate...as long as you have open communication with your future living situations ur good to go. I have been here almost 8 months now with the same roommate and no issues.
I have been looking online for full furnished 1 bedroom apts/Studios I am by myself no kids and no girlfriend or wife. I have been looking online I am looking into starting a new life in Sin City. Any suggestions on what other websites I can look into? Thanks
We just moved to Vegas Feb 2020 from LA. Still looking for a apartment because living with roommates is a Hassel . And with being on a fixed income is a lot tougher and u have to make twice as much as the rent

Also I coming out there possibly with no job but I can pay rent for a 1 Bedroom for at least 3 months would management let me move in like that. Plus I'm black and went to high school at Redan High.
oh shit Redan ......my bad for the late response...I never go to NLV cuz its the sper hood and I dont have a car ...out in that area u def need transpo....i would say yea u can pull that off...try hitting people on CL beforehand but still get like a weekly for a week before u try and just settle...gives u enough time to look around...spend more time actually looking for a place than anything else cuz its the most important part of living and relocating
