This is one of my favorite properties you've shown. The Versace inspired property was missing the natural light and airiness of this house. I love it. The brightness, open layout and modern design. Something like this in the states would cost 2+ million USD. If I had the money, I would buy it. Now I want to visit Joburg.
The homes on your channel are beautiful! We've been binge watching your videos. We hope to move from the USA (African Americans) to SA in a few years. For now, we will be moving to Mozambique for my husbands career this summer. We can't wait to visit SA!

To be quite honest, you'd be burning R10 Million if you bought this property....there are bigger, grander, larger, and more opulent homes across Johannesburg and wider South Africa, where you would get something value for money than that. The house is stunning, don't get me wrong, but 5-6 million Rands would suffice. Location, location...I guess.
Trust Steven Ndukwu to always look stylish and presentable.💖👌👏👏 Only challenge I have for him is to ditch the Italian shoes for nice English pointy shoes, or even sandals like the proud successful African man he is. Very nice work bru, keep it up and may God continue to bless.🙏
An RDP house is good too. As someone that knows what it feels like to be homeless growing up i used to pray for an RDP. Your blessed. 😅 I'm planning to buy a house next year but scared to live by myself in a stand-alone, so I will probably end up buying an apartment.
@@PrincessVelaryon 🥹 sorry about your experiences im glad you turned things around😀 …. But also still i have no place judging this house while staying in an RDP😂
Guys South Africa compared to cities like Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York is still Heaven when it comes to crime lol. I'm planning to move to Cape town at some point and no crime statistics is gonna prevent that from happening bro!
Most countries just don't have means to produce stats. Trust me is hell out there just that USA and countries like SA have working systems and exposes the domestic issues to the world. Most of this cities from undeveloped countries are way dangerous beyond repair. What we call crime is normal in this countries
@nlocniL I work for a law firm and the conveyancing departments is constantly doing property transfers for Europeans who have moved to SA. For some reason black Americans are being discouraged or scared to move here yet rich white people are flocking here 🤔. I really wonder why? We have over 6k estates/gated communities in SA and it keeps on growing so clearly there are positives. SAns moving abroad usually come back when they realise the grass isn't greener on the other side.
Video is dark man. Can't just press record and start even though its a little bit dark. Camera guy need to fix this. Better quality of the camera enhances the beauty of the house
Looking at this property and comparing it with one in Osaka London, Lagos I saw for similar price, i feel like crying! Why have Nigerians become so greedy?!
@@PrincessVelaryon First you will have to find it, and what I mean by that is, finding a house with so much greenery in Lagos is like looking for a needle in a haystack. As for what it could cost in Lagos, upwards of $2m!
@Daniel Ogwara wow that's crazy expensive 😳 I could get a mega mansion in the best estate in the country with that price here. For half that, I would be able to buy a stand-alone mansion outside of an estate. Nigeria is expensive
@@PrincessVelaryon Nigeria is stupidly expensive it even makes no sense! But the reason is because development isn’t so wide spread across the country so the options in terms of cities with good infrastructure are limited to just Lagos, Abuja and maybe one other city. I know in SA the options will be about 8 or 9 cities where one can live and not drop down in infrastructure, business opportunities and night life.
@Daniel Ogwara OK, thanks for explaining that to me as I never knew. Yes, SA has a bigger selection of cities to choose from and even more if you're not fussy. I prefer Durban as I used to live there before moving to Joburg, and it offers a better quality of life that Joburg. But Nigerians seem to really love Cape Town.
The matchbox on matchbox design isn't my favourite although the house was almost nearly tastefully decorated. This estate is absolutely gorgeous. Love the Acres and acres of land and the ekhaya look. It's worth the price. Your production level as always is very inspiring.
Different strokes for different folk. I would like to think Steve gravitates towards this kind of design or he is showcasing what he had access to. Maybe a payment system like Patreon will allow his followers to afford him coverage of more locations and do more justice to larger cities like Johannesburg
🤷🏾♂️The architecture looks great. But the interior decor is soo random! I’m sorry but stick with a theme. This house would sell for much more if you would invest in furniture and wall art.😅
