Turboprops and single-engine planes are the best! I love the King Air 200's and 350's!
Love the sound of the props on the King air at the beginning of the video! Excellent :D

Beautiful video btw.. thank you and keep up the good work!
+Jjoerg EightyTwo Thanks very much, I'm really glad you enjoyed the video!
Your videos are always the best but this one is great. The location is beautiful and the turbo props are awesome. I'm envious! You get an unscheduled airshow. I live close to our local airport. So much so that when the airshows used to come here my back yard was nearly the best seat around. However our local air traffic is not quite as exciting. Keep up the nice filming!
Thanks so much for the kind comment, I'm really glad you enjoyed this video. That must have been nice seeing the airshow straight from the yard, definitely something I'd like :-) Hopefully I'll be able to make some good videos this summer. Thanks again!
Hopefully one day the budget will allow the Blue Angels to come our way and bring their show. May be wishful thinking though. Besides I like the GA aircraft a little better than the military "stuff"! Till then I have your videos! :-)
Love whole video but especially the cc115! Eargasmic !
Nothing beats the Buffalo! Sad to see them being retired.
as someone who's flown twins myself before, I LOVE IT!!

2000 subs? nice work man! you deserve it. These are some excellent quality videos you post here. I always look forward to another of your videos, especially ones of multi-engine turboprops (so you can imagine my excitement at this video!)
Keep up the good work!
the sound of a turboprop engine ,just the right combination of both a jet and piston
Ya, these turboprops definitely produce a great sound. Thanks for watching!
Sound of direct drive turboprops like the conquest, cv-540 and mu-2 are deafening you feel it in your chest that's how deep and loud the sound is

Great. Thanks.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the location as I can now fly this on my FSX flight sim. The imagination is a wonderful tool for us to use and see in a small way the joy of flight.
Nothing better to inspire you to keep on working hard!
What camera do you use my friend? Fantastic video and place.
And those figures are well deserved! some channels get there by misleading titles and so on, this one's with good quality well filmed footage.

Your camera work is very good..steady...smooth & in focus...what camera are you using? Ya geat vid I am scribin & thumbs up...love turbo action!
Thanks a lot for watching and for the nice comment. The camera I use is the Panasonic TM900, I've really liked it so far and it seems to produce great quality video!
Great Video! What airstrip was this at?
Thanks! Most of the footage was taken at CZNL in Nelson, British Columbia.
Very cool metro :)
ZONAVELHA ... I used to built those in San Antonio, Tx.
where's that airport at?
Forward thrust would be a positive pitch angle on the prop blades, reverse would be a negative pitch angle, like twisting the blades on a fan,the air would blow the other way ,but the blades still rotate in the same direction, as to how many degrees ,positive or negative,it depends on the prop design and yes,my guess is the sound at 0:06 secs is beta.In theory , going into beta in flight is extremely dangerous since it would cause a sudden nose down pitch. There is a built in mechanism in the throttle quadrant which in the case of a King Air ,makes you lift the power levers up ,then back in order to go into beta or reverse, just so this does not happen. In real life there have been a few accidents related to "accidental beta setting",, most of them on final approach and not necessarily on King Airs.
This is a beautiful video especially of course because I love turbo prop aircraft. I don't like jets. Thank you for uploading !
Thanks very much, I appreciate it! I prefer turboprops to jets as well.
***** :)
Where in BC was this filmed?
This was filmed in Nelson, BC.
Very nice like always. :)
I think everybody could have done without the San Antonio Sewer Pipe at 3:07... lol.
Wow Amazing Video!!
3:10 I saw one of those at my airport but as the passenger version and it had the engines stripped off and recently I noticed it isn't at the airport anymore, I'm wondering if it got scrapped or they moved it into a hangar to rebuild it. anyway, great video!
That's too bad, always sad to see an aircraft at the end of its life. Hopefully it did get moved into a hangar, and will get to fly on again!
2nd plane when landing appear almost to have levitating or hovering behavior.
0:07 i just love beta sounds for some unknown reason 😁
Nothing beats some beta!
Better than therapy, better than yoga.
+Gtx560ti I couldn't agree more ;-)
+TheHDAviation subbed man killer content
awesome video.. what airport is this?
Thanks! Most clips are taken in Nelson, British Columbia, Canada, CZNL with a few in Castlegar, BC, CYCG.
Wow that RCAF DHC5 in the 3rd clip - pilot just drove it onto the runway. No flare or nothin'! S/He's gonna have some explaining to do because I don't think the fuselage is supposed to have that kink in it from fore to aft! J/K!
The Metroliner is rare. I don't see them in my area very often.
Where is the airport?
king air
Hello my friend! Wonderful video. What is this place? I want to live in this place...lovely place.
Thanks a lot! These clips were filmed in Nelson, British Columbia, Canada, CZNL.
TheHDAviation. amazing
nice clip , but at 3 :15 was my favorite the metro liner it looks Ameri flights !
+Solomon Pilot Thanks very much. I love the Metro as well, one cool looking turboprop!
you are very welcome !
Thanks for sharing your video. It is a nice job. Please let me know which location is it? (I perhaps missed reading it somewhere.)
+C. Liberatore This was mostly filmed at CZNL in Nelson, British Columbia, Canada. There were also a couple clips from CYCG in Castelgar and the Vancouver Harbour Water Airport CYHC. Thanks for watching!
My pleasure!
Beta range is kind of a zero thrust prop pitch which helps slow down the aircraft during taxi, thus saving brake wear, at the same time it should be used with care since it picks up gravel and could shorten propeller life, all those nicks and dents you find on pre flight.
1. If Beta range is the zero thrust prop pitch, what is the forward thrust prop pitch and the reverse thrust prop pitch called?
2. Is Beta range the change in sound what you hear just after 0:06 seconds?
Well it is not that all true. The Beta range produces no thrust and thus its use has no harm to the engine. The range below the Beta or zero thrust condition is commonly known as reverse is the one to be be avoided when gravel or FODs are present.
6y
3:35 is that an SA-226?
Thats a Cessna 208 Amphibious in last btw.
beechcraft's alpha range went to beta range = eargasm
Couldn't agree more!
@ 14:40 LOL the guy looks around like ten times in the gollum pose :)))
Must be a conquest 1 or conversion
There use to one that goes the bancasi
Here we go joe
What airport is this taking place. Looks like a nice place to visit.
