Royal Nature Salt - Deep Dive!

In this episode we'll take a look at some new salt to the Australian market, Royal Nature. We'll chat to the distributor, but then also take some of the salt home to mix up and send off for ICP testing.

It should remain fine for months if you keep it circulating (which I do) and keep it out of direct sunlight

Great video Sam. I thought you were using natural salt water for your tank, how come you switched to this salt? And how do you think it compares to the Red Sea blue bucket?

I do use natural salt, but I use this to bump up the salinity (as Im putting water in at 1.052 specific gravity - long story, but mostly so I can dose more kalk)
Red Sea blue is always going to be the benchmark, but this seems like a great alternative

Seeing the Phosphate and Phosphorus were exactly the same, I wonder if your RO could be the source.
