Working on mine now. Thanks for sharing. I’ve had some yarn for a couple of weeks to make my granddaughter a soft blanket and didn’t know what to do. I’m new at crocheting 🧶 this pattern is perfect
Rashmi, Hi! I just came across your site & I'm so glad I did! There are so many variations of the V-stitch & I like your's the best! Straightforward & easy to understand! I especially like the way your variation results in a denser product! I look forward to regularly visiting your site! Thank Also, I like that you point out the difference in UK & US crochet stitches. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge & patterns!
Thanks so much for the easy pattern. After I spend so much time crocheting a blanket, I do not like crocheting around the edges, especially the sides where it’s not always easy to find a stitch to work into. I am using the old Lion Brand Ice Cream Yarn in pink for my neighbor’s granddaughter. It’s coming out beautifully.
Thanks for sharing this kind of stitch. It is very easy and I am very excited to use this on one of my crochet project. Giving you a hug and full support . Can I have one too? Thanks in advance ❤
It shouldn’t do that. I can o my speculate that there is a change in tension. If the tension is kept the same then keep going and work a few more rows that should fix itself x
I am looking at making this for a grandson. You say to do multiples of ??? . Do you have written instruction somewhere? Thanks. It will be lap blanket or twin size
Very easy and clear demonstration, thank you. I enjoy watching tutotials where they get to the point👍👏
I’m glad you are enjoying my tutorials.
Thanks for watching 😊
Thx so much. I had so much difficulty with this point and after your video I did at first time. Many thx

I am near finishing a muffler with this design. I wanted to know what stitch should I put in the last row before I close it. Do advise.
You can have many different stitches in the last row. Dependent on the style. I like to keep it simple so I would just work a single crochet row. X
@@KeepCalmAndCrochet Great thank you so much ❤
How do you increase and decrease with this type of stitch?
How many chain stiches do I begin with for a baby blanket
I would chain 140 for a standard baby blanket size however if you are making a blanket for a stroller then you can reduce a number of chains.
I like it , but I'd rather see it done in a single or half dbl. stitch .
Why does my foundation curl up when I start my second roll
It shouldn’t do that. I can o my speculate that there is a change in tension. If the tension is kept the same then keep going and work a few more rows that should fix itself x
You don't give any measurements for the blanket, how many chain to start etc?
Please chain 90 for a cot blanket or 120 for a baby blanket. X

This is titled stitch blanket. Clear instructions, but no information on finishing the blanket nor putting on a border.
@@cvholm5904 That’s fair enough. It’s suppose to be a tutorial on V stitch and measurements for a baby blanket. I aim to make borders separately. x
