For a game that's going on 10 years old, I'm genuinely impressed we are still getting this much continued support from the devs... They very easily could abandon the game and "force" everyone to buy into an "upgraded" V2...
I am very happy to see more support for my Fanatec setup as seemingly indicated in the patch notes.
Because it's not 10 years old, the game you see is as old as the latest major update.

its the same "x years old" as some other games (particularly Live for Speed). It doesnt really matter, because if its still being worked on, stuff gets replaced, renewed, etc.

that just means it's received 20+ major feature updates. It's not a decimal. They could technically release 1.0 this year.

@@EvanG529 Nah, it's very far from a full release. There isn't even tire thermals, drafting, or quick race modes with decent AI. It would suck to see BeamNG take the unnecessarily common route of "Version 1.0" being 0.5 and "Version 2.0" being what version 1.0 should've been.

I thought the automation track looked a bit different at the start if the video. I love it.
The etk 800 is kind of a favourite of mine since it's pretty close to my real car (except the etk is more bmw than my holden)
Also looks like the devs are turning mods into standard features (openable mod, look ahead camera)
