Agree with access comment. Would be nice if somewhere on 2nd floor there was a terrace. Big question how do you get in that jacuzxi?. Pretty big leap from pool edge. Looks like you have to enter pool first. Otherwise the home isl beautifully designed. Waiting for my ship to come in I hope whoever gets this home enjoys it.
This home is the largest new home available in Port St Lucie, but there are plenty of other homes available here too. Ocala is about 3 hours north in the center of the state - in between Gainesville and the Villages.
They are mandatory in the Port St Lucie community, but if the buyer isn’t interested in golf and would want lower fees/taxes in general they offer this home in another community aside from Astor Creek.
I have to say this house is trying to hard, you can tell the faux wood and textiles are cheap. I personally do not like when a house is sterile and lack substance. Less trying to impress and more character please. Just my opinion

You’re right you’d have to lunge over or step onto the sunshelf to get in. It looks beautiful but not as practical unfortunately.
I love this home ofcourse I would need access (french doors) to the outside for the onwer's suite but it is a fabulous home.
Double French doors or a slider from the suite would be a nice touch!
