I got some HDZero goggles for my birthday so that's a good start, now I am trying to build a parts list to put on my Christmas list XD. Hope to see you at West Coast Throwdown this summer! hi Evan, great tutorial. i got the freestyle v2 and have done exactly what you did, and picked the correct preset settings. only thing i can't figure out is i can't change power settings etc through the goggles? done the correct stick movement and only shows the menu but no options to change settings. so not sure what I've done wrong. i have the same setup on another quad and that works fine. both vtx""s are on the same firmware.
This sounds weird.. I don't know how to fix it off the top of my head quite honestly. If you want to do a free trial of FPV Pit stop you can schedule a call with a problem solve guarantee with the bronze membership, Can always cancel before the trial ends. flyfive33.com/pages/fpv-pit-stop-info
Hey brotha,,, i have a macbook,, & just got hd zero goggles and hd zero VTX programmer cord, but its been a pain the ass to try to update firmware with HDzero goggles & get it connected and running.. bardwell says IOS users are screwed using hdzero vtx programmer,, do you know of any work around , or did i just purchase this vtx programmer for nothing since i dont run windows?
Hmmmmmm I think he’s right unfortunately :/ I don’t know of any work around unless you can gain access to a windows computer. Maybe join the HDzero discord or facebook group to ask and see if a dev would be willing to help?
