Marco didn't judge Jimmy at all for trying to better himself. He says "GOOD for you!" in the most believable tone imaginable for such a lovable friend and guy. For Marco!

I really liked Marco, I got very sad when he died all of the sudden, then I see how Jimmy wears the same ring Marco use to always wear, so that he never forgets about Marco and the good times the two had, and it lets Jimmy stay true to himself while he wears it, I had a similar thing happen to me when I lost my best fiend in 2013, so this moment in this show hit me harder than most people.
This was much sadder than I was expecting based on the rest of the episode. It was the greatest week of his life, not because he made money, but because he had so much fun doing it, along with Jimmy. In the midst of the cynicism and the dark humor, the show hit you unexpectedly with moments of sincerity like this one.
