As both a tea nerd and a whiskey aficionado/collector I greatly appreciate this video. I am also super jealous about the trip to Scotland as I have been wanting to tour Islay for years. I hope to make it there for the Feis Ile celebration one year. Personal favorites are Ardbeg, Springbank and Balvenie. Also, if you are in Maryland I suggest trying Ragged Branch distilleries. They are located in Virginia and are a true grain-to-glass distillery. They even sell beef from cattle fed with the spent mash. Currently they only sell in Virginia, D.C, Maryland and Louisiana. I have a barrel-proof rye that was a selection for the NOLA Bourbon Fest that is really good.
Great video! I love the spelt whiskey, i couldnt put my finger on the fruit either but I think you're right about the nectarine 😊
Nice relaxed review)

That sounds amazing! I've tried Copper Fox, and a couple of the distilleries in Ivy City downtown, but I'll have to look that one up.
