I'm new to this channel and I just wanted to say as a hypervigilant person, I really appreciate your descriptions of the more sudden parts of the ride! I feel more comfortable being prepared! I also loved the trivia, thanks!
Dude, the bathrooms tip is the best part of this video, not even joking. First thing I look for on a park map is "where's the nearest loo?" Because I know for a fact I will be so distracted that I won't think about it until it's absolutely necessary, and I don't want to be scrambling (or in a long line) at that point!
If you get to the Magic Kingdom opening, this ride *IS* a walk-on! Most people end up going towards Fantasyland to get at 7 dwarfs mine train, peter pan, & it's a small world for the early low-person queue lines, but if you get your feet over at adventure then pirates is a walk on as a 1st ride. I've personally done this 2 years in a row, and then followed it up with a BigThunderMountain hop-on for only 10-15 minutes right after. Gets 2 of my must-do's right off the bat and starts that day in a perfect way. Just something to consider if you are able to get well timed fastpasses for the fantasyland rides and want to still do an opening ride!
We love Pirates! We always hit that one when we first get in the park and try to hit it just before we leave...then a couple times throughout our stay. Haha. It’s also the first ride our kids experience when they have their first visit!

@@candycemonroe7345 Ah, ok. I'm not planning to visit until next year at the earliest (I'm considering it as a celebration trip for finally finishing college).
here is an interesting fact about redd in this version because she wasn't entirely built from scratch she uses the body parts of two other female characters who both were in a ride in disney's hollywood studios called the great movie ride which closed in 2017 and the recycled body parts are the wicked witch of the west's body and the face of a jungle woman

@@candycemonroe7345 I followed your link and it says there are 5 missions involved. So when you say twice do you mean 2 missions or 10?
@@sarahk5412 I have not tried it myself. I don't think it will be running during the rest of 2020.
