i used to watch you all the time and was going to the gym everyday and even got the guts to take a weight lifting class because of you. but then i got pregnant and imediately after covid happened and for the past few years i have gained 100 pounds. ive never been this unwell. I began to feel like giving up on myself. but because im subbed to you, this vid got recommended to me and it functioned as a reminder that i used to be happy. being fit made me so happy and right now im so sad. Im going to do it, im getting a gym membership again for the first time in years. im watching all of your old videos that i watched on repeat, and im working on myself. i will never be like i was before, but at least i wont be where i am right now. So glad to see you are doing well and congrats on your marriage and baby to come, thank you for your videos especially your weight lifting vids and your food videos.
