- I know I know. I’ve been away for a long time. It’s a pleasure to be back making TH-cam videos again. My hard drive with my video files on it somehow got damaged and they’ve just been sitting in an archive for a long time but I got them recovered and I’m getting these videos out the way and then I will be posting new content. Shout out to Mr. Paul Villa for inviting me on this awesome trip. I hope you enjoyed it. Please like, share and subscribe.
Thank you for watching my content! It truly helps me as a creator and I greatly appreciate it.
Sincerely
Brian Monette

Really wishing you filmed the start-up sequence. The sound of a turbine engine spinning up never gets old.
Next time. ☺️
Beautiful plane!👍
Nice and professional video about the RR engine conversion for Beech Bonanza A36! Congrats!!
I was thinking about your videos when this popped into my timeline. Glad you are back and looking forward to more exciting and creative videos from you.
Thank you, Ann.
Paul is a cool dude. Beautiful Bonanza.
Everybody has everybody in sight, welcome to Southern California 😅😅😅❤
That had me cracking up
Very nice 👍👍🙂
I test flew one. Actually lived in Amarillo where they were converted. Wound up with a Silver Eagle instead, because it was pressurized. Both are great planes. The Bonanza is the better looking one. Retired now and no longer flying after 40 years.
That’s the perfect plane! 💯
I'm very lucky to have a friend who owns a 1998 A36 turbine Bonanza. He just upgraded to a 5 blade prop and let Garmin throw up all over his panel lol. It is such a great plane.
Nice. I’d love to fly one with a glass cockpit. They’re so much fun and the climb performance at high elevation is ridiculously good.
@@BrianMonette they climb like an elevator. Plus, you might as well say they are STOL
Thanks Captain Brian great airplane cool owner I had fun for sure .
Nice ride, enjoyed the conversation
👍☑️nice plane.
Absolutely beautiful!
Thank you! Cheers!
Great plane thanks for sharing.
You’re welcome. I plan to do more flights in this soon.
Congrats. Let the videos begin.
Great vibes as always
Glad you're back. Thought you were out getting a G-V type rating.
I did haha
I’ve been to OshKosh 2 times and I drove. I don’t have a plane or my pilots license. It’s on my list. My plan is to get a plane and my license within the next 10 years.
Nice plane thanks for sharing cheers
Thanks for watching!
I worked for the company that did these conversions. Tradewind Turbines did these for about ten years. Great airplane.
Indeed. I’d love to own one someday.
One bad ass bonanza!
That looks like a cool plane but you should try going for a ride in a Citabria some time…😊
Agreed, Paul. Thank you for bringing me along on the Bonanza. I think we might do a Citabria flight in June.
@@BrianMonette this June overcast isn't the best for a Citabria flight... July might be better.
I know its been some time, but do you remember how much time it took with the turbo prop, to get from long beach to Big bear? Doing my training out of Chino.
Yeah it was a long time ago but I think it was around half an hour or so.
I would love to get to flew in a bird just like that one. If I had a choice of owning a single engine plane this is it might as well if you dream dream big .
Does anybody know if this bonanza was built as a turbo prop, or was it a retrofit? Just curious.
It's a conversion for sure
Did I missed the info? Whats the cruise speed of this beauty?
Roughly 180 KTS
Actually 210 knots true at 12,500 ft
I would do… things for a TURBO bonanza
Same, my friend. Same.
Silver eagle?
that Brian always getting high keep the blue side up brother
Those fingernails 👌
I’m back dude,,
This video tells me nothing about climb rate & speed, cruise speed etc.
Which completely leaves the stage open for you to make such video on your own. Go for it.
😁 Cheers.
A video of just you guys talking, no close up of the instrument panel, no performance figures very disappointing
Oof. Well I would recommend you watch different ones on my channel that cover what you need or consider another one… respectfully. Thanks for watching.
You didnt film the best part, the start up 👎
That’s the best part? Whoops. Feel free to watch some of my previous videos. I actually film plenty of starts. Enjoy.
