I'm in the UK BTW.
@@allthingstechthis link also goes to a Clokowe £119.99 projector - or £104.99 as it has a £15 off voucher.
This is probably the best review that I have seen so far which demonstrates how these new compact laser projectors containing lower lumens works in a room in ambient light. I will soon purchase a 4K triple laser projector in the sub $3000 budget range. Initially I was interested in the AWOL USTs but I haven's seen but a few reviews on the LTV-2500 model which was rated at 2000 lumens,. Many seem to knock the "low" lumens output , But Im not willing to drop $5K just for the enhanced brightness found on the LTV-3500 model. I decided to hold out when the kickstarter campaign for the N1 Ultra 4K caught my attention. This projector is spec-ed out at 4000 lumens which is in the lumens range of the AWOL LTV-3500 but in the sub-$3000 price range as the LTV-2500. I also require that my new projector contains 3D mode which dropped the Hisense PX1 Pro and the Formovie Theather USTs out of my consideration. All I need to see now is the same Ambient lighted room demonstration for the N1 Ultra 4K . Looking forward to you N1 Ultra 4K showdown review.. Thanks.
I’ll make sure I include that in the head to head
@@allthingstech Wow. Thanks for the quick response. I mentioned that I am also a die-hard 3D movie fan. If you could, I'd like to hear about how 3D performs on the N1 Ultra 4K. Please note also differences in Ambient and dark lighting. The issue with 3D is always how much the projection system darkens the image in that mode. Thanks Buddy!
I am going to use Mac with USB cd driver connected to it and from there to a projector as i want to look at information from a CD. Is this anything for me or are there more suitable solutions, maybe not even need the Macbook between the driver and the projector.
Glad if anyone can give advice
When the Benq G11 came out I bought it. At 200 ansi lumin 480x780 resolution. LED. Where I live I don’t have the internet speed for HD. Thought it would be fun for movie night. It has turned into my permanent bedroom television. Even during the day on a 48 inch screen it is very watchable. This one at 4x the lumins must be very good. It’s too bad that besides TH-cam videos it’s hard to compare how much resolution is really needed or even detectable with the eye on certain screen sizes. I have to walk up to a few inches to see the pixels on my low resolution projector. No issues watching it normally.
The new projectors are game changers. I’m shopping for one for a living entertainment center. Loose the TV.
It was washed out you have to get that Black technology Screen Paint It will make The image look like Expensive TV
It was the middle of the day and that screen isn't the best. I'll try it on my ALR screen when I do the head to head with the N1 Ultra
What kind of screen are you useing?
how can i connect to my macbook without HDMI cable?
Looking forward to the comparison with the n1 ultra, what projector do you use yourself? Thanks
Will be a week or two
I’m always switching as I’m always reviewing
is there a comparison video with the n1 ultra?
How large can this image go? 100 inch? Can it go bigger?
It would easily do 150", probably 200"
@@allthingstech YES saw the website....But recommended 100 as overall best size
Who decorated your abode ? I salute your style. Colour schemes are bang on. Looks like its abroad 😊
Thanks, my wife is the brains behind it!
Can it be installed on ceiling?
Whats the price on this? As the link doesnt work.
Wonderfull Review!!! i'm ready to purchase one but what about the speckle effect causing by laser technology? A friend of mine have the Formovie S5 and while it's a great image for it's price, there's lot of rumble of noise in dark areas and sometimes faces. Thank a lot everybody for your answers!
Built Chromecast?
Can't see the gimbal working very well with an external device attached, such as a firestick
You have a point the vertical would require a hdmi adapter
how does it compare to Formovie s5?
Better
Can't see my wife appreciating this

It is probably 1500 ansi
Apart from a shaver outlet, I've NEVER seen a bathroom with 13A outlets! ...... Portable mains powered appliances in bathrooms can be ⚡ hazardous ⚡ unless you're intending to do away with yourself! 🤣
It use to be a utility room so had 240v for washing machine
Bluetooth implementation, unfortunately, is terrible. Nothing seems to pair and anything that does immediately drops (iPhone 13 Pro, M1 iPad, M1 MacBook Pro, meaning you can really only use hdmi or wifi connection. Sound quality is very good but leaving out even a basic three-band software equaliser is baffling and disappointing. And the highlighting of menu items is so faint it’s almost impossible to know whether items are selected or not. There’s plenty of room for updating the firmware on this. Otherwise it’s a considerable disappointment at this price.
This sounds like something that should be fixed with an update. Has the issue been resolved?
No, none of those things were fixed with firmware updates though, even without them, the unit has proved very impressive (the picture is stunning) if limited in scope. For my uses it's more than good enough, but for anyone wanting good audio or connectivity, I'd look elsewhere. @@edjiang4289
Red faces. The colors are all wrong.
the N1 is only one laser not 3. N1 ultra: 3, N1pro: 2, N1:1
JMGO website says they all have 3
It’s all 3 color laser. You are talking about the total number of laminating modules, which scales by design. Kind of like intel and nvidia with their processors
