It's partially having to earn their spot in the locker room and partially hazing. I remember an interview where someone (I don't remember who) said they were told they had to change in the corridor because they were new and needed to earn their spot in the locker room, so that's what they did. They were in the middle of it when Taker walked by, stopped, turn around, and was like, "The Hell you doing out here?!" They told him that they were told they had to. Taker just rolled his eyes and was like, "Boy, get in the locker room!"
