David Clayton Thomas AND a kick butt band to back him up!! How can ya go wrong. Awesome concert. I had the chance to see him live and he had the crowd going wild and singing the songs with him... One of those concerts you just don't forget..
I always liked Chicago and BS&T (Loved horn groups) but in my heart...David Clayton Thomas and the band were really #1. I'm going to support this channel with my $.

You've made me so very happy ! Thank you so much for sharing this. This band made history from the very beginning and listening again to all these great songs, after all these years brings back lots of good memories. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Cut my teeth in high school with B S & Tears, love MUSIC IS BEST, thank you for JAZZ ARCHIVE, marvelous JACK of many TRADES Echo/nose TYK CALSON ASSOCIATES Re: BROOKS CALLIHAN, TROMBONIST DID ALL THIS JACK me BROTHER. RIP. 🐬
Better live concert than in the canned albums. I thought that The Grateful Dead were ok - only got a couple of albums, like i did for BST. Then i saw them live.
first concert-hall experience i had.... i was 14, only could go cuz it was walking distance... the Rockpile, an old masonic temple.... it was '67 i guess, TO....... john lee hooker opening for BS&T, their first gig with DCT, also the rockpile opening.... i guess it was pretty big for everybody, me too...
i should mention.... i'd seen dc thomas and the bossmen, despite my youth.....at MLG i guess, a band contest thing before the stones, had the checkmates and paupers and five rogues and ducks n so on... fonfara and i realized, over dinner, 40 yrs later, that that was the first time i'd .... uhhhhh.... "interacted" with him.... ashhhh, the life, complicated....
These .... we already have sales taxes on almost everything. Some states have a varying tax in certain cities in their states. Did these people really listen to his plan. If he lowers the sales tax but taxes everything, it may be lower. It may also be his plan to cover is these big conglomerate online companies that do not pay income taxes to the states.
lari passed some time ago.He was an exceptional human being and as you can see and hear was a unique and creative guitarist. An original,no exception. He has worked in many musical settings and you can listen to work with phoebe snow, and Mr.Smooth on the tube.
Larry DeBari was loved and is greatly missed by all of us who were privileged to share the stage with him. He brought his own unique sound to any band he played in. One of my great pleasures in touring with this great band was watching Larry wow audiences all over the world. Thank you for your kind and generous comment. Neil Capolongo
One of the best of our times, when music was music.....❤

Thanks! 😉
Thanks
Great musicians but not one original member. Not even Bobby Colomby who I believe has the rights to the band name and gets paid without even playing.
Steve Katz...
Larry DeBari-g, Gary Foote-b, Neil Capolongo-d, Glen McClelland-kbd, Jerry Sokolov-t, Steve Guttman-t-md, Tim Ries-ts, Charley Gordon-trom, David Clayton-Thomas-v
They played a lot in S. Fla 88-90-almost the same line-up-killed it every time!
BS&T, the band with 175 past/present members. Keep on playin'!

The great artists and great show I have seen.
Little loose at the beginning, esp. sound tech, but when they got it together, Wow! The best BST ever, maybe one of the best road bands ever.
He must have been keotbon on ice for 59 years! He looks and sounds GREAT!
This is from 1993. He was 52 at the time.
Yes He sure did back in 93😊
DCT. Iconic voice.
I never see BS&T from 90's witt that mute and strong power.🤪
What a huge and powerful voice!
Not good, not great or nice, just very wonderfull, what a great band many thanks
Os vídeos de vocês são ótimos, parabéns e obrigada por compartilhar.
DCT and the band in great shape.
In 1993.
Gran grupo. Estupenda música
Está mítica banda es realmente puro jazz fusión, es inigualable entre las bandas de rock.

Great band.

Primi 5 album (compreso quello con Al Kooper) comprati in contemporanea... Bei tempi (e bella musica, senza polemica, ovvio).
, gotta love David Clayton Thomas vocals and he just exudes happiness and joy!🎶
Awesome!

D.C .Thomas and his band…
❤
Great set, I just wish i could hear a bit more snare in the mix.
Che band ragazzi
Kudos to going back to Father…
!!!
The snare drum is too loud in the mix.

The guitarist is no joke !! 😅 Couldn't find anything about him on a quick Google search. Anyone here have any info on Lari DiBari ??

@@jeffreyhollister599 Sorry to hear that. Thanks for the information 👍

Saw them way before this , dint like the line up/ they lost jazz sound !!!! .miss bobby columby etc.
They are very good musicians but they are not Blood sweat & tears, just David Clayton Thomas and group!
Huh?
QUE LÁSTIMA EL SONIDO MALÍSIMO !!!!!! UNA PENA !!!
Poker 46:44
Personnel?
....
This is not BST to me, snare sounds way too loud 😱
Jeez, crummy mix. Snare is too loud and the rest of the kit is too low.
Slick, but not BS&T. The shredding guitarist is a right nuisance! DCT great as ever, though.
too much cow bell for me. I lasted 90 secs
Go to your own cows....
