I REALLY wish she would have paid complete homage to Funkadelic's "You Scared The Lovin' Outta Me"! She gave a short but stellar rendition of the track here but it would have been EPIC to hear her spin on one of my favorite Funkadelic tracks! RIP to the late great Glen Goins, the mighty church-choir inspired soulful crooner that blessed us with the original funky vocals back on 1978's Hardcore Jollies album. Erykah, please consider dropping a reworking of this track someday!
