I got the Juki 8700H for the reason you said you wished you'd gotten something that can sew lighter weight materials. I think the ideal set up is to have an industrial straight stitch like the 8700H and a walking foot also. I could only get one for now so went with the straight stitch. I like it but I do see the need for a walking foot too. Someday if my bagmaking business is profitable enough I will add a walking foot. I love that you are doing videos for beginners. When I started out a few years ago I was so thankful when I found a really useful tutorial on basic information.
Thank you for making the video on the DU 1181 n. You might want to check the threading diagram in the manual, your process is somewhat different. I primary use the machine for upholstery applications and thread the machine as specified in the manual and I get good results. If you loosen the tension on the take up spring, you can actually sew lighter weight fabrics quite well. I agree with you, it’s a very reliable and great machine.
hello love it very beautiful video as previously requested please kindly film a video like this for your singer heavy duty sewing machine please ok? Thank you very much
I don't have access to this machine but there is a Juki 8700 close to home. If I added a teflon foot to it do you think that would help me with my vinyl/cork straps
Could you do a little video on the speed of your machine I can't get mine to go real slow and just walk and I'm going to have my husband adjust my foot pedal and see if that helps but I like to see how slow your machine goes thank you so much I've been struggling with the speed when I take off I didn't realize I could just use my toes and I do have mine kind of high
hello merry Christmas please kindly film a video like this for your singer heavy duty sewing machine after the holidays please ok? Please kindly reply back ok? Thank you very much
