As a Taiwanese I can say that is definitely not a Temple. The whole building is an old house for a big family of probably over 20 people, and what's in the back-middle is the ancestral hall of the family. Awesome. I'm a long time fan since 2015.
Near as I recall 'don't walk under a ladder' comes from the old practice of hanging people from ladders, like 'don't walk through their ghost'.
3:00 what's a Queensland car number plate doing on the wall.
😂 fun fact ..when Winston gets salt thrown in his eye...
There is an Australian queensland the sushine state licence plate mounted on the wall....watching from australia...😅
Part of me still wishes you could do these vlogs in China again even though that would be impossible. Perhaps in Taiwan? I literally have Stockholm syndrome now haha Yes there are negatives but I just loved the whole vibe watching these. It's a shame how China turned out in the recent years.
How come you reuploaded this video after so many years?
That was very interesting, informative 😊
New subscription ❤
Originally ladders only had one vertical length ( with 2 feet), leaning against a building. If you walked under, it could dislodge and send the person on it, tumbling or stranded on the roof.
I didn't realise how much I miss this format until just now :(
Is this a re-upload or am I feeling Dejá Vu?
I really enjoy the contents like this. This is the truly first hand experience. But for episodes using unverified video clips, not so much.
"Well good job-they're delicious..." LOL!
What a groovy bike the purple one, single cylinder .. what is it?? And what bike are you riding? And that urban scenery, this is like from the Walking Dead. I love it.
13 is unlucky because after Judas Iscariot was replaced by Paul of Tarsus, Judas the betrayer was the 13th apostle.
these are awesome videos
you should do more of these
Loving the Wobble voices, guys lol Sounded not the most comfortable of rides 😬 ty for the history recap also all good stuff 👍🏻 And the vicious wildlife lol 😮
Seems to be many thought on the number 13 when I researched it a bit. I attributed the 13th with Friday the 13th which was tied to the last days of the Nights Templar. They were rounded up and burned at the stake. This is so late i just found the 4th channel from ya'll here and watching old stuff. looking for the car show link. I'll find it. I have really enjoyed and been informed watching ya'lls content. Have good one's. Keep it all coming.
Thanks.
I miss this. I understand they don’t like the government but this used to maybe me love their channel.
I used to watch this a few years ago as well as serpentza and loahy86 It was great and I was learning so much about China, the culture, real life and politics I learnt about the hood and the bad. The travelling around the country was amazing
I learnt so much about the dark side. I love the interaction with their wives. It was a real joy to tune in and I purchased the adventure
But Christ now it is just constantly trashing the country and culture. How many years can these guys keep churning over the same trash over and over , moaning and destroying the country when it already has its problems
Come on. This used to be amazing with drone footage and great travel. Let’s get it back
Probably because they are safe from persecution and are a safe distance away not looking over there shoulders all the time .
Did you actually watch this video?
@@ADVChina apparently he didnt. Thanks for the vid, and dont stop what you've been doing. It's nice to stay up to date on the truth of what's going on
off topic: your motorbikes looked beautiful, with this classic scrambler look!
Funny how they name the stadium the birds nest when birds are an endangered species in China lmao
i miss these video's.
Just finding this acct. Love these guys! ❤
Isn't this a reupload of an old episode
The Knights Templar were betrayed by the French king on Friday the 13th. That's why Friday the 13th was believed to be bad luck.
I love these videos!
I love the Queensland number plate at 2.55 minutes in...👍🇦🇺
What kind of selection do you have for motorcycles in China?
ngl i really miss these vids
13 is unlucky in the west for something related to Christianity going back to the 12 apostles who followed Jesus Christ. The 13th apostle was Judas who betrayed Jesus.
Wasn’t Judas the most trusted apostle? That would make him the first apostle not the last 13th🤷🏻♂️
Should be 12 Apostles plus Jesus?
Umbrellas were around before electricity, so knock over candles and start a fire?
Left shoulder is the devil and right shoulder is an angel...so C Milk just through salt in the angels face 😂
Open umbrellas in the house= Umbrellas have sharp points and can take out an eye.
Mirror breaking- sharp edges are dangerous and can cut your feet.
12:00 I see stuff like this, and I remember the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics and I wonder why china decided to sh*t itself. thanks xi.
This is socialism. If you don’t know go find books to read. And FYI, some of you are tuning into one of ours cause your capitalism sucks
I wish, even the shills, would do some videos in these beautiful ancient parts of China. Exploring is human nature.
How did you manage to get your hands on the Australian number plate 🤷
I bought my husband shoes after we'd been together 6 years. A year later he asked me to marry him and we were together 32 years.
