Songkhla Old Town is very near to Hat Yai city. It took us 25 minutes to drive there. It is a must if you are in Hat Yai and has the time to spare. Visit Songkhla Old Town, walk the narrow streets, eat the local food, look at street arts, experience the local culture and tradition, and then make a slight detour to Ko Yo island for a meal at Mahadsajan Ko Yo Seafood restaurant before you head back to Hat Yai city.
