Hua Hin: The Slow Boat to Paradise You Didn't Know About!

  • Just an hour from Hua Hin you can take a slow boat to paradise. Bung Bua Boardwalk and Nature Observation Center is located within Thailand’s stunning Sam Roi Yot National Park.
A one to two hour slow boat ride will take you into another World. You’ll hardly believe your eyes as you are taken across the Lotus Lake with a backdrop of mountains that’s straight from the set of Jurassic Park.
An optional stop can be made at no extra charge to a Buddhist shrine in a cave with a great viewpoint above it. Your entry ticket into the National Park can also be used on the same visit to access many other attractions in Sam Roi Yot including the incredible Phraya Nakhon Cave and some absolutely stunning beaches. It’s the ultimate day trip from Hua Hin.

With time on your hands its great to be able to see the beautiful places which those staying for a 'short time' don't have time to visit.
Through your eyes we can experience these wonders and maybe make time in the future to do something a little different from the same old.
Thanks for this one Karl - and Jimmy - good to have been along with you again.
    Stay well.

Any stairs about and you don't half huff-n-puff, Karl! You are definitely fitter than I am, so goodness knows how I would be if you are puffing away.
Absolutely stunning scenery, I need to put this place on my personal list of places to go.

You were probably first as I only checked the first few seconds to see if the HDR had processed lol. There were only a few stairs at the cave shrine and viewpoint. Definitely one of my easier missions

Myself and the good lady left Chiangmai's smoke for April 2019 and spent Songkran in the Hua Hin area. While there we did get out to the lake at Sam Roi Yod but didn't do the boat thing but did a bit of walking on the walk ways. A very beautiful part of the country especially with the mountainous backdrop. Another great vid Karl.
