When you have a toxic family you have to find a way out ASAP. After living without the toxicity for a couple of months you'll come to the realization you feel much better now. Being in Canada you have a number of counseling/therapy options available.
Last story. Terrible human being and a mother, father seem either lied to or an asshole, so I'd record some of interactions with her and call CPS. Foster home would at least give this guy a chance in life, while this bish will ruin his life and blame him for it.
Mom. I would go to her and tell her look. I am sorry I am such a disappointment to you and dad. I get i am not the kid you want or wanted, but mom you have been a disappointment to me as a mom, never once have you said I love you, held me, ask me how was school or my day? Encourage me, all you do is tear me down, ridicule me, tell me I am a disappointment to you. How about we work together get help or once I turn 18, you won't be invited to my wedding my kids life's, accomplishments, let's not go there.

Every time they towed the vehicle, you should have called the cops and reported it stolen by the HOA & towing company.
