I watched many videos about office on van and there is no other video that came close to this. All transit models that I watched focus on non-essential luxury items. Tis layout actually makes more sense and is much more practical.

i want to upgrade to caravan with double bed ,bathroom and small office to see my patients...for the trips to rural and backward areas....what will be the approx estimate. i m a doctor and have to serves in rural areas along with services in cities. So want my vehicle to be extremely comfortable.

I’m noticing most of the greatest mobile offices available are not in the USA 😞
Looks to be well made with good finish and workmanship. Though it might be world's worst vehicle to mod having pathetic suspension. All luxuries are waste when suspension can be as bad as bicycle. So its good only when vehicle is standstill.
You should have a ticker running on the vehicle spec when you do tear down. I am interested to know more.
