Stop watching his hands and marvel at his footwork. The guy literally floats like a butterfly. Watch his footwork when he throws the triple jab while moving to his right. His footwork is probably his best asset and is the reason he doesn't need the same strength and conditioning as when he was in his 20's. No other boxer in this generation can match Manny's footwork. I mean. Bradley broke his ankles trying to keep up.

The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.
Used and seen the double end bag being hit like this from the wild card in Califorina to Gleasons in New York to Ireland even in the Caribbean great workout for speed and timing.
That double end bag is a little too tight it needs to be a lot looser so it moves around when you hit it, having it that tight doesn't really train your eyes because the fucking thing doesn't move.

Extra ASC Resistance Bungee Cord maybe 31" ones or so. I think not sure but looks similar. I use rubber tarp straps 31" that come standard with these bags most of the time for tight tension and am going to get regular bungee cords today in 36" probably to work in my slipping. Mostly I practice drills for slipping but no training partners now live out in the middle of nowhere hope I get the elasticity I want right away.

I just like to work it as I would shadow box but punching the bag instead of air, incorporating punching , slipping , head movement , and of course body movement and footwork. Much more interesting than just belting a heavy bag though there is a place for that too
No, you're good dude... just remember to switch out the bungees every now and then (looser, tighter etc... an easy tip: tie or untie knots in the cord, or get multiple cords.) Avoid getting too comfy with any single tension-setting and keep yourself guessing..

It kinda 'vibrates' when you hit it at that size and tension, actually try it and you'll know - to get good 'smacks' in sequence like THIS takes incredible speed and rhythm, otherwise your glove just kinda makes-out with the bag... what you see here is phenomenal.

I have a punching bag and train 2-3 times a week, plus I spar with my brother who is a black stripe. I live near a jiu jitsu place so i might start that soon, because there isn't much left to learn in tkd except the bow staff.

super tight is easy to hit and helps with volume and speed loose is for head movement hand eye coordination and accuracy, personally i would go with loose all day

Ive had two double end bags in the past 3 months... they keep breaking on me, which really sucks because they are great bags.
make sure the elastics are not being stretched 24/7 adjust with bungie cord ect...
