I went with AWE cat-back exhaust set up for my 340i and I love it. Paired it with a CG-Precision 1 race cat downpipe and it’s a perfect pair. Very slight drone at 3k but it’s not terrible.
yeah i got a res delete from a local shop and the welds are extremely bad and there’s a huge crack at the weld. lookin at the arm mid pipe but I rlly want a resonator tbh, might put my stock one back on
Just realizing you bought this off copart .. Been in my F30 328d x drive off copart about a year too. Stage 2 KermaTDI+tcu tune.. highly optioned. Wish there were more out of the box power mods.. so stuck with handling and cosmetic 🤷🏽♂️. Previous daily: mk5 k04 GTI 👍🏽
Hey kern I’ve got This one issue causing me to not want to drive the car and I’ve brought it to a shop with no luck fixing. My first modification was a dual res delete the exhaust shop cut out my mid pipe and welded in a new mid pipe, any little bump I go over I have this rattle/ bump sound right under my passenger seat, if it hit enough bumps everytime I touch the throttle I get that annoying sound, by the looks of it It looks like cause my car is low I may have hit a speed bump bending the exhaust up into the heat shield. Do you think possibly when I hit small bumps the exhaust rattles and vibrates on the heat shield? It completely changes the exhaust note when it happens it resonates and almost sounds like it’s coming out of the downpipe. I no longer have the stock exhaust clamps on so maybe it’s that?? Like I have no idea any chance you have a idea
Kern I’m in a pickle running a turndown on my car now and should get an exhaust soon. Cost wise, is the premium worth it over a midpipe upgrade w stock muffler?
Bro I need you help! I get timing correction and I started to add ethanol , it improved, I record logs every day and sometime its good sometimes not, I add ethanol to my fuel tank. Can corrections get worse if I add more than enough? What is the max amount I can add? I have f22 240i xdrive with tu pump. I need you help

AWE catback was the best decision I ever made. Sounds so sweet. Thinking about changing my 4.5" downpipe for a 5" downpipe
Honestly I don’t think going from a 4.5 to 5 inch dp will make for any sound difference

I'm not sure they came in your kit, but there should be split collar clamps for the rear hangers so they don't slip off.

Bought a $700 awe knockoff and getting tip fitment perfect was the biggest pain in my ass ever. I need a shop lift.
Sometimes it almost felt like too much adjustability 😅 but once it was perfect I was impressed
