It really is a hard question. You're young, as others have mentioned, and you really should consider other things. However I have noticed that people who are in their late 20s, early 30s, who are spending money like nothing and are living more comfortably than others, are usually those who became business owners early. If you truly feel like you are at home, maybe run/own the store, and even consider doing other things if at all possible. Make sure to try new things as much as possible, because it may peek your interest to get involved with other things, and after a few years of owning and running the subway, you could totally split away from day to day and get involved with other things while having someone run operations. Its a tricky situation for sure.

Don’t burn yourself out man. I’m sure owning a business sounds great and all but the amount of work that’s going to go into all the ordering and scheduling and maintaining the building along etc etc will def take away from either the part of your life that allows you to make these videos freely or the other will take away from the part of your life where you do things with friends and family. Just be careful getting into such a huge decision unless your confident running the whole place is gonna be a breeze and your family and friends will still have a part in your life :)
All things considered, managing a store would be very sick but you should take some time before. Go do some stuff for yourself but also get prepared for when the time comes for you to own/manage the Subway. Get used to the routine and the method. Once you get that down, its like clockwork. Buying the subway would tie you to that area for a few years, youth years should not be taken for granted. Long term it's probably a great idea since you can just buy straight from your parents, but I would recommend taking a year or two to explore yourself and the world.
