If you like it as heavy as "More than a man" "Rockin the World " Free, "The rock that makes me roll" "Surrender" Then NO MORE HELL TO PAY wont disappoint!!! Listen to the album 5 times or 7 in a day...It's Heavy!!! Heavy Metal!!!! Welcome back 80s!!!!!!
Stryper at their very best!!!! Raw! Gutsy! Straight on Metal!!! Some 30 years later they recorded NO MORE HELL TO PAY. I must say then that this record is probably their best ever recorded!!! All the guitar riffs...solos...Robert is still amazing on drums!!!
I loved them dearly in 1985 and even more so today, I do not know how that is possible...these people are my friends and have always been there for me personally or through music...I thank them. In 1985 ...pick a year...people would make fun of me for loving them...listen to the double bass drums, the guitars...they are heavier than your favorite band. and have MUCH more stones...
Stryper is no joke. The first time I ever heard them was one of their ballad tracks. I pretty much assumed they were just wimpy going by that track and their image. How wrong I was! Years later, I hear this HEAVY riff and I had to find out who it was. It was a song called, “Do Unto Others”….it turned out to be Stryper. Totally changed my outlook about them and quickly became one of my absolute favorite bands. Absolutely incredible musicianship and I love what they stand for. They’re unapologetic in who they are and what they’re about. There’s something to be said about that. I find it quite interesting in how also that they have fans of all walks of life…Christians, Satanists, non believers, etc…they’re respected and loved by so many
I think it was that tour. Just playin an earlier song. This was their backdrop and stage clothes on the Soldiers tour...but it was a long time ago, n memories do tend to blur. ☺️
Ha! Not a band I've known, seen, or played in, that hasn't been there and has to do that. Be it vocals, guitarist or drummer goin blank, lol. Ya keep on playin, act cool, and whatever you do, DONT STOP!! lololzzz!! That's how ya know you truly mesh as a band. Wasn't this off their "Live at the Budakon" videotape? I had that at one time...
LISTEN TO THOSE DOUBLE BASS DRUMS.....SO HEAVY... try and tru to tell people how heavy they can be and then I just shut up push play and after I say WHAT??? SPEAK TO ME NOW....WHAT??
Jesus is one that gave to them everything made them top the world bands that have everything you need in order to be at the top: sex drugs rocken rolla foul language, putting down womwn, violence,. They dont have that and they live on, words are not gringe even after you are older,. and in this particular song it says who is reason for that and source of that Life and purity and goodness and Love. Person man who is also God. Jesus Christ. Glory to him :)

Michael is particularly proud of this song. Twin guitar attack!

Awesome song.
Great metal performance ! I like this version it showcases the riffs much more.
This must have been before the recording of Surrender on the Soldiers Under Command album.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is the Soldiers tour.
I think it was that tour. Just playin an earlier song. This was their backdrop and stage clothes on the Soldiers tour...but it was a long time ago, n memories do tend to blur. ☺️
Michael stated he just blew the lyrics and sang the Roxie regime version

Metal Beeeeee¡¡¡¡¡¡ rocks
Oz never got the credit he deserved.
I was expecting the high note but this must've been before they perfected Surrender because even the beginning lyrics were different.
I believe Michael said in this here, he forgot the words and just made it up
jake, Michael forgot the lyrics. He talks about this in his book. Kinda funny to watch this when you know whats going on.
No more hell to pay
