This is really good advice. I really wanted to share one insight we recently discussed in my ward Sunday School class. As you both said, in Matthew 22:36-40 Jesus Christ presented two new commandments, "...Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind." and "Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.". There is a third commandment given here, to love thyself. This is a key aspect of repentance as Christ has already forgiven us and paid the price for our shortcomings. Often the hardest part of the repentance is learning to love ourselves again. I think this is exactly what Hank said about the ten commandments. Jesus rephrased the ten commandments into a much simpler form, and as Matthew 22:40 states, "On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.".
