It's really glaring how much the end of season content is built around playing in groups, despite solo play being the norm. They really phoned things in with the final stretch.

Very good strategy LEWIS. I've been getting destroyed by this boy. The sweep was almost unavoidable. I did get missed by it once in the area you suggested, but I didn't connect the dots. You can see my fight on yesterdays stream Sept 1st on Twitch at 5fthDisiple. I fought Manibus and Foresaken in the same night. Almost beat Manibus but ran out of time.
Literally everyone was always making sure we tried using Frog whim and Skybound soda and jumped over the arm but it only ever worked like 15% of the time lol 😂 Can't wait to try this out. Thank you!
a tip i would give to help you out if you are having trouble maintaining the middle ground is eat a Stardust Ratatouille for more movement speed, and stack the jump boost drink as well. made soloing it a piece of cake with a KVD boom boom build

very useful tips. thanks. :) this fight wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that shockwave slam starts instantly killing me and its hitbox is totally jank. I've been a die hard bolt action sniper from the start of the game, being able to cycle rounds and reload while sprinting and rolling is wonderful. but damn. im gonna need at least +2000 tungsten rounds for this fight lol and that dog summon. i was always happy with the shattered maiden but i think even this scene is too scary for her. just gotta keep ramming my head against it and landing 7000 shot crits with this rifle. you know the aws.338. has some effect where being scoped in for a few seconds gives you a huge buff to damage.
i tried this boss myself, was doing good till i fell off the stage and was like wtf; i don't have the patience for this kind of stuff; beat him pretty quick after watching this short guide, so thanks a bunch

First try, took me a long time to kill him since i was more focussed in dodging his attacks but was able to avoid most because of the guide and still sometimes got hit lol
The orbs will seek you out, so just waltzing out like you did doesn't work, even at a full sprint they will still delete your HP. Do this in a team, because this boss likes to forego animations, or prolong animations causing either instant attacks or delayed attacks.
How do you always make his arm sweep left? I've had it come from both directions, I didn't know what I was doing either so I was running all over the place.
I simply got lucky, one of the clips I cut out was a right sweep - but I got a whole lot of left sweeps in this recording. But like you say - In my 10+ other runs it was a lot more random and more right swings. The concept is the same though for dodging, just at the right side of the platform! poor game design. lets base a game around getting your weapon and gear to a certain state. get the mods that go with it. max out your damage. now make a boss that is immune to all the crap you just did and make it tedious to fight. the fuck were they thinking?
I know I’m late to the party but thanks for making this vid. How high does my gear levels need to be for this? My weapons are the legendary Socor star level 1, tier 5, and level 3 calibration and my LMG is around the same. My armor is all purple rarity, star level 1, tier 5 and around 2-3 calibration for each piece. Definitely feels like I’m not doing enough damage on the weak spots.
In this video when I filmed it , I was using a SOCR Scar Tier 5 Level 1 - you don't need much to take this boss on, maybe you don't have good mod choices?
My biggest issue is the dungeon instances aren't insulated from server lag. So when there's orime war lag happening outside, it even effects your solo instances. Very annoying. So far server lag is the only thing that's making me doubt if ill keep playing this game. I love the actual gameplay, but the lag has veen getting so bad I may be switching to Throne & Liberty this week. It's wild cause ive done castle sieges with 1000+ playsrs and a connection from the US to Korea on KR Throne & Liberty with less lag spikes than Once Human.
They changed him a little. Tou can play it at level 40 and 50 now. At level 60 you have an invincible monster chasing you during the battle. It is easy to avoid him and take the same steps as in this video.
You can do this as many times as you want per day, if you want the rewards from doing it - it costs 1 controller, so you can truly do this as much as you want
i always died where his HP bar is around 60% where he'll summon the arbiter then giant will pop on & off then do the slam where the platform will get destroyed

Tungsten and AP rounds are so horribly inefficient cost wise though

You can shoot his arms when they’re glowing red during the slam and it does damage as well but it’s a small window

You can use any build as long as it doesn't do elemental damage (like power surge or frost etc)

divide all arena by 2 halfs, then if u stay on left side boss hit from the left and if u stay on right side itll do right side atack

Wanna ask, for monolith quest, how many times can i do it for a day? One time per day or more?? Sorry i was new to the game.

Pretty cool mechanics compared to trenant and angel which have none.
