This one of my favorite Zeppelin songs. If you want to hear a good concert version, watch the August 11th Knebworth concert and they play this after another favorite, "Nobody's Fault But Mine." Blows me away every time!
And you won't hear a bad track here T. Simply the best.
If you haven't done "Ten Years Gone", I'd highly recommend it. It's one of those special Zeppelin tunes that tends to get overlooked.

Just think, Zeppelin was late 60s through the 70s, until John Bonham passed. They were inspiration for all the rock bands to come after them. Jimmy Page is a guitar God! And another thought: Jimmy Page produced these albums, and there was also lots of overdubs with the guitar work. So, essentially, Jimmy played rhythm and lead, overdubbing his parts in the studio. Need to check out Gallows Pole, and Going to California for some forgotten gems with awesome musicianship!
Gallows Pole is one of my favorites, If you can have a "favorite" Zeppelin tune. They are all great.
That is the thing that Jimmy Page has over all the other guitar greats, he was a great producer
You are right there are no bad tracks from Zep....All masters at their craft...JOnesy, BONZO, Jimmy & Percy!! There will never be another close to them. I’m so happy you love them now too....me 43 years!! My absolute fave!!!!
My favorite Zeppelin song.
I was familiar with Led Zeppelin’s entire catalog since before I could remember. In 1st grade on the “get to know you” survey to share with class for my favorite song I put down Stairway to Heaven. I feel lucky that I was raised on them, but I’m also jealous of people who discover their music as adults

Something else about Zep that earned my respect, one that goes above and beyond their chops, is their loyalty. It’s all of us or none of us, not some of us. Bonhams mortality was the death of Led Zeppelin. It was a decision made because of a horrible reason, for all the right reasons. That, is to be respected. Sure, the occasional cause worthy of a concert here and there is one thing(Live Aid, etc) and the fans certainly deserved them as well but these cats left tens of millions of dollars on the table. Several bands, theWho, theStones and others suffered the loss of a band member and continued on and nobody is mad at em for doing so but.........they’re not Led Zeppelin either, are they.
This is truly a great thing about them. And each of them said when they were all together it wasn't about an individual it was about the band. And it was like that from their first rehearsal. Without John they really aren't Led Zeppelin, but I think that at the O2 concert, Jason did his dad proud. He seemed to be channeling John. And that was the closest we would ever get to the true Led Zeppelin ever again. I was happy with that.

I really, really enjoy watching the younger generation enjoying OUR music. We got to listen to songs like this all the time. So many excellent bands in the 60's, 70's and early 80's.

One of my favorite songsf rom one of my favorite albums! Brings me right back to 'summers of 86/'87. I was a freshman in HS in 86 & this was one of my go to albums. Not to mention, I played in a band & my guitar player was,(and still is), a Jimmy Page CLONE! Looks like him, plays like him, & learned to play by watching Led Zep.
I'll have to request a song from my buddy's band so you can see for yourself, it's creepy how much he's like Page.🤘😁
