I am very familiar with this route as it is part of my cycle commute. It is always a joy to pass all the motor traffic, however, if you hit peak time (morning or evening), there is so much extra cycling traffic!
I'm also familiar with most of this route - though never at peak commuting times. The amount of cycling traffic on the video surprised me, a lot more than I normally see! The CS6 section between the Elephant and Blackfriars Bridge is a section I don't think I've ridden at all - I'll give it a try next time I'm up that way.
Amazing the perspective this gives with how inefficient private cars are as a means of getting around the city.

You know what mate, this is great content.
Thank you for taking us along for the ride.
14:30 HF64 VKO annoyed me with running the red light and blocking the intersection. Self-entitled git.
Wow - you are cycling so well, and the infrastructure seems good (I watched the first 8 mins)
What cam are you using Mr Gaz? Thinking to get a Ghost XL Pro but this quality looks great
GoPro hero 10
You fairly zip along, good to see so many cyclists.
