I really love how you recommend people to invest here even though this content might be targeted to artist.. Eventually what ruins people's life is whether they're investing, spending above their means or not.. And that includes 6 figures artist.. I'm glad you give this advice early on as fine art is also closely link to diversifying investment portfolio

Excellent video and a great help. I’m a contemporary painter, MFA, shows, etc. Then only a few shows while raising a family. Now I’m ready to get active finally. Planned to sell online and then someone stole one of my images of a life drawing from my FB albums. One of my best drawings. They cloned a gallery website and sold the prints. No idea who it was and only knew because of a Google alert. Devastated. Suspicious of online sales now but it seems to be the way to go. Online galleries will not allow watermarks on artwork. What can be done to avoid fraud? Thank you, Kate.

It depends on your audience and where the majority of your audience are based in the world 👍
Hi Martha. Great advise. But I,m terrible at social media It. Have you a video that shows all your information? I have a following I have sold quiet a few paintings.And have had great feedback but find it hard to understand the tools for applying your advice.
I also find it frustrating to work on this aspect all alone especially at the start because soooo many decisions need to be made re branding and tone.
