Iteso in Tororo county uphold decision to boycott LC5 elections over demands for separate district

A section of Tororo county residents are threatening to boycott the district local council five by-elections if the government does not grant them a district status.
This was during a meeting with the Security Minister Gen Henry Tumukunde who had travelled to the area to calm tensions.
