3:06 Zekka called Napom the “monkey king” because Napom has a routine called “they call me the monkey king” (he used it against hiss in the GBB2017 final). In 4:16 Zekka said “look at the crowd boy”, which is a reference to when Dlow said it to colaps in GBB2019. That’s why Napom did that hand sign and Dlow was laughing.
what does this hand sign generally mean? Rythmind did it too in his final against NME on GBB 2019.

Napom is one of the best in terms of technique and power probably, but he doesn’t structure his rounds as much, especially recently, and re-uses and remixes a lot of his old routines. He said in a livestream he’d need to change up his style and be more structured if he wanted to go for a win again, since the beatbox scene is moving more in that direction.
Zekka is up there too though, if you ever check the Solo Kickback battles from the beginning of 2021 you’ll see he did really well there.
Big up to Zekka! This battle was crazy, Zekka and Napom are both beatboxing legends.

It just basically means they are undecided and if it’s a tie or enough people request it it goes to another round

The first thing that Zekka said is because Napom has a routine named Monkey King and Zekka usually wears a hat with bananas on it whenever he plays his Criminal Clown (I think) routine
Btw Zekka during multiple videos and I think his elim has a hat mit bananas on it. But this time he doesn't have it and as Napom has his monkeyking routine Zekka said the monkeyking is not getting any bananas today

Just so you know (& yes I hate the implications too), it's beyond the sexual assault aligations at gbb this year. D-Koy said he left sbx because (what ik of in the last few minutes of a livestream that was deleted) 1) sbx was asking ppl to pitch in $30 for a microphone (which ya ik, covid, but sbx is worth over $2.4 million) and 2) fanboy judges influencing winner picks. Ik many want to gloss over the main/original accusations (and lack of security at events), but we'd ultimately be stupid to. Yes, ik D-Koy's accusations are currently just that, but the implications are damaging for the community as a whole none the less.

Colaps had a messed up mic during his battle with Vocodah. It’s not obvious at all in the recorded battle, but live Colaps sounded significantly different than Vocodah.
