    & if you have any questions about fasting, lemme know!
    but i do highly suggest you doing a few hour fast everyonce in a while! fasting can boost and heal your gut / matabolism, while imrpoving your insulin sensitiviety, and just over all giving your body a break from food!
    (I am not a medical professional, this is all based off of my personal experiences and reserach)
    pork fajitas
    ingreidents:
    pork
    two bell pepers
    one white onion
    seasoning
    directions:
    slice pork into thin strips, then season with salt, pepper, taco seasoning, etc.
    slice the peper and onion into strips
    cook over a pan over medium heat, and allow the pork to roughly cook
    remove the pork from the pan, then cook the vegatbles. once cooked put the pork back in, then cook on low, low, LOW heat to allow the falvors be friends. (try not to over cook the pork)
    once the toritllas are ready, you may combine everything to make your tacos!
    flour tortillas
    ingredients:
    three cups of flour
    one teaspoon of baking powder and salt
    1/3 cup of oil (I use coconut oil OR avocado oil)
    one cup of hot water
    directions:
    in a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt
    then add oils
    then add in the warm water until it forms a dough
    leave the dough in the bowl and then conver with a warm towel for 30 minutes
    once the dough has rested, divided the dough into smaller balls (future tortillas), and recover with warm towel and allow it to set for 10 more minutes.
    roll out the toritlas and cook on pan over medium-high heat for 30 ish seconds. or until the tortilas puff up

    I intermittent fast as a lifestyle!! I do 18 hour fast every single day. It feels so good! Just be careful because as women, it can affect your cycles if you over do it.
    Otherwise, it’s such a wonderful feeling to finish a 24 hour fast. I did a 36 hour fast once. Felt amazing. With intermittent fasting and gluten free alone I’ve lost close to 10 pounds.
