That is what I was about to say' I use to live in Rongia during my visits to Kenya but never saw rubbish on the side of the road until today .. who the wtf is the governor of that place n what exactly is he doing. Honesty it is so disgusting how people just do not care ' they would litter' damp rubbish n go about thier day . If I was there' I would definitely reach whoever the governor is about them rubbish'
