The film is about the difficult struggle and the victory of Russian modellers on JWM 2017. Our jet models are again recognized as the best. Rc-model MiG-29 of triple world champion Vitaly Robertus was the best copy of a modern jet aircraft, and model-veteran Yak-130 took second place. The pilots of the Rusjet club, who formed the backbone of the Russian team, in circumstances where much was against them, managed to show a fighting character and led the Russian team to the top step of the pedestal in the team event. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
I started RC flying when I was 14 years old in 1959 with single channel rudder only models with rubber band escapements . I still fly today with sport models I/C and electric and the advance with electronics and power plants is mind blowing . Your team of people have lifted the hobby into a new Galaxy of perfection . I salute your dedication , enthusiasm , and professionalism . I have been to Russia twice on holidays and love the people and the country . .Stay safe

Wow, just wow. The level of detail is absolutely amazing, absolutely beautiful plane.
Vitally is a true bad ass, he actually flys mig 29's. Now I know why he is just as bad assed as an Rc pilot. I had a feeling vitally was an actual pilot. Makes since. Great job to your team vitally. Once again I'm impressed. However that ME 262 looked very nice too.

That is an amazing model of the Mig-29. In fact, all the aircrafts were amazing.

I never knew - but the French built Mirage that we used in the Border wars (South Africa) had a Russian jet engine in. They were called the thundering jets. The engine itself gave the pilots a far longer flying range. The aircraft (I suspect due to it's smaller air frame) really moved - on takeoff. It took our pilots just 47 seconds to get airborne. With one engine.

Risk is part of any aviation endeavor....it's part of leaving earth...NO GUARANTEES big or small....that my friend is why aviation is so special. If your first thought is of losing your plane...maybe trains? This is the true art of model airplanes....something for the rest of us to strive for!!!

I think the mig is a beautiful plane
I would almost want to shrink to the size of a tiny gnome so I could sit in that little cockpit while the real pilot on the ground steers the plane... and I would trust his skills in building the plane and piloting it enough so I would not demand an ejector seat a nor a parachute... : D

Here in the US buying a real Mig-15 is in the 10's of thousands of dollars range, Mig-21's and L-29's are about $100,000, L39's couple of $100,000 range, etc. Yes it's 4.6 million for a Mig-29. But your models are in the many 10's of thousands to build or $100,000 value if you were to sell one yes?
@@Rocketpax Unlikely, There is a big A-10 model and it's only like 6k euros. I would say this is under 15k
@@AustinMichael I don't recall which turbines are being used, I think it said 14kg thrust for the 29? That's what, $3000-$4000 each? High end transmitter receiver package with servos. All the retractable actuators? At level of the birds shown at this competition nearly everything is custom hand crafted and little is kitted right? So when I say sell value, that includes all the custom design and fab labor. I guess my point is that these real jet warbirds are almost not in an order of magnitude higher cost. There is also a saying in aviation "there is nothing more expensive than a cheap jet." Still, there are small homebuilt microjets like the Subsonex that really are not that far away in price from these models and you don't need a team of mechanics and warbird graveyard to keep one operational.
Don't get me wrong, I appreciate this level of craftsmanship, but if one's situation allows(medical, money, whatever), why would you not be in a real aircraft?
