Teddy's eyes are really expressive. His facial expressions are quite human-like too. Such a lovely boy with a unique personality. His hooman mom is absolutely lucky to have him.
I adopted one very much like him, except he was in very bad shape (emaciated and covered in cigarette burns). Unfortunately, the pound vets had no hesitation in pumping him full of the poison jabs while in that condition, and then subjecting him to neuter surgery before they'd let him go. I honestly treat my pittie like a human, so she doesnt realize shes a dog either. We will casually have conversations and nap together. Its nice to have someone to watch tv with and play games. She'll even give me hugs, just puts her front paws and legs on my shoulder and stays there. Its nice, until her weapon of a tail accidentally hits my hand. Ruby is very strange though. She uses her eyes and legs to get her point across. If you were deaf and not looking, you'd think she was a mute human. Any new person or animal, literally anything she sees, it will get stared down. With living things, she'll stare and run, stop and stare, then run a couple more feet, repeat. She gets the zoomies right after she poops, guess it feels good to get it out. Shes has this strange obsession with puddles. Everytime it rains, she sprints to those green storm drains to check for water. Wipes of any kind get her hyped, she'll try and play and use her teeth to gently snatch it from you. Empty paper towel tolls are a gift from god to her. I cleaned her ears once, and now at least once a day, she has to return the favor. Alongside eyebrow grooming. She regulary attempts to tongue bathe our 5x smaller, senior yorkie Dean. He just barely puts up with her. But he likes to share his food and water bowls with her, show her the best trees to pee on at the park, and unfortunately, teach her to bark at every little thing. Luckily shes a bit dense, but sometimes she gets the gist and lets out this deep, demon bark. Shes not that big, and shes just barely a year old. But she sounds like a great dane or rottweiler, or some giant war hound from legends of old. I love my dogs.
They're dogs and should be respected and treated like dogs. They're animals, most people that treat dogs like humans end up with an out of control dog on their hands. Unless it's exceptionally passive like this dog. We all see human traits in our dogs, but they're still dogs.
@@wongowonga I agree. Dogs are still animals and shouldn’t be humanized and treated like children. However, despite the video title, I haven’t seen anything in this video that would apply to this dog and owner. Yeah, he got some clothes, but that’s about it. Wish I could upload a pic here to show you how similar, down to the tuxedo white markings, his facial expressions, his butt wiggles. Your Teddy is a good looking dog, so glad you are together. 😍 love Teddy! It makes me sad that some people are afraid of these types of dogs. I have two myself and they are the most loving dogs I’ve ever had the privilege of sharing my home with.
🐾 I'm so glad to hear you say that you don't take it personally when people cross the road.. Not everyone knows your dog on a personal level so they don't know if your dog's friendly or not. That goes with all dogs not just pitties. I saw a family walking their 2 pitbulls one time and when I smiled and said hello to them, the dogs became super protective and aggressive. So I cross the street now with all dogs lol

Omg he is so adorable awe bless you you two were meant for each other 🇨🇦❤️🩹💜
Aw, thanks for sharing Teddy's story - he is such a love bug!
So happy you get him. I’ve had two Pit Bulls and they are so loving but unfortunately so misunderstood. He is a happy boy.
👍👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Amen to that Evelyn.
Not really. They are pretty dangerous.
@@adrenochrome_slurper lots of things are dangerous in the wrong hands 👍
@@adrenochrome_slurper You don’t even know what a Pit Bull is. Even the dog in this video is not a Pit bull
@@Emsie76 Nah, people mislabeling dogs and calling everything a pit bull . That’s a problem. The only and real pit bull is the APBT. The word “Pit “ refers to the Box . The Box (pit) is a 4 corner wall where Dogfighting took place. That dog or that type of dog would have gotten killed facing a Game APBT in the pit (box) back when dogfighting was legal. This dog mislabeling needs to stop
Perfect protector for you , and I am glad you have him . Peace , Love, Happyness .
I’m absolutely in love with Teddy!!!! What a silly cuddle bug! His expressions have me cracking up!!!!😂😂😂! Your an angel Teddy!!!!
75pervent of shelters near me are Pit Bulls. They are great dogs.I don't know why they keep breeding them & they end up in shelters.
Pretty Lady and Dog
When he's on couch head leaned back he's like Regal
I enjoyed meeting you both
Have a sweet day and hugs to Teddy

what a beautiful cuddle bug...thank you for offering him a forever home.
Teddy is adorable! I would rather pet him & get to know him than cross the street. It's a shame how some humans are.
Wishing Teddy a long happy healthy life and for many more wonderful years together!!🤗💖🐾🌈🇨🇦☮️
If a dog could be a soulmate, he’s yours! OMG, a match made in heaven. Love him!!
He is so cute and adorable. Blessings to both he an his human mom
🥰🥰🥰
That's a well-trained human you have there 😁
They're dogs and should be respected and treated like dogs.
Everything else in this video is in my opinion, and as a dog owner myself, seen normal.
Cheers
Now that's the kind of doggie I would love to have. Just like a little boy and so expressive and loving.
Oh I love him! What a good boy!
Teddy is such a beautiful, loving boy .. I'm so happy he has such a wonderful adopted Mom, they both love and adore each other 💞💞💞💞
He sounds like a real sweetheart ❤
Teddy's a beautiful pup. I love his expressions especially his howl !! 🙂
He makes me laugh. He is absolutely adorable. Thank you for sharing his loving face and story with the world.
So sweet! I love Teddy!
OMG!! AI love how he smiles and talks… He is like a little human old man! Thanks for sharing his story!!!
I love him! His noises are wonderful. It sounds like he wasn't played with. Wasn't allowed to play. But a wonderful pup!
@Bamboo Pud's ears were cut off so short . I had 2 'Puddy's' and would never cut their ears or tails off as some owners do to look "macho" . Both my Staffies were excellent dogs and loved people and other dogs . Puddy melts my heart !!
@Bamboo That is good to see ! Many vets here in Ontario Canada will not crop ears or de-tail a dog . My vet certainly wouldn't !
umm he wasn't raised to be a pet, he was raised for dog fighting, why do you think his ears were cropped?
@@mentalasylumescapee6389 This is comical. That’s not a Pit Bull. Majority of the old fighting dogs had their ears. The real pit bulls
@@rawjan39 it's 100% american pitbull you dummy, watch the video.
Love him! Thank you for giving him such a great life!
OMG!!! He's beautiful, inside and out!!! Xoxo and he's lucky to have a mommy that loves him so much!!
Adorable! Oh my goodness! I’m just say’n in a few days he may need more than a kitty sized pool! Precious! Thank you for adoption him. 💕🐾 What a snuggle bunch!
Thank you for caring for Teddy and giving him SUCH a happy life!!!! Blessings upon blessings to you two!!!!
Hi how are you and I guess you are a pet's lover?
That is the exact dawg I wanna have. He is such a lovebug! I love him, hes too effin' cute! 💜🐶🐕
He's absolutely 💯 adorable 😍 💖
And teddy is definitely lucky to have her. She adores this dog. I own a bully myself and this breed is just amazing
Safe to say, we love Teddy too! And he does work so hard he needs his soft bed and rest. Thanks for helping him have it💕
Have you noticed how some of the biggest and scariest looking dogs can be the sweetest teddy bears.
What a sweet animal. You're both lucky!
God Bless Your family, and Teddy. 😍🧡💙💜🐕🐕🦺
It is amazing to me how sometimes (through whatever forces that be) that some domesticated companions find the ideal relationship with the right person. Thank you for making this totally positive, fun to watch video.
You are one in a million, dog Mum, you can understand an animal with your heart and soul, not just the intellect. And it shows in how trusting and totally safe Teddy obviously feels around you .
Teddy's living his best life.
Teddy looks exactly like my Kiko (except my Kiko doesn't have cropped ears). Wish I could upload a pic here to show you how similar, down to the tuxedo white markings, his facial expressions, his butt wiggles. Your Teddy is a good looking dog, so glad you are together. My Kiko also has to have a massage each morning before getting out of bed and he hates the rain but tolerates the snow. i'll have to get him DNA tested, they said he was APBT and Staffordshire Terrier mix. Thanks for sharing!
A match made in heaven 😍! All dogs deserve a loving home!😍
Aww they so precious a match made in heaven! Love them! 💕😍🙏🏼
I would cross a busy street to get to pet this dog!
So adorable!
I have a dog similar to Teddy, and that’s what I say, “there’s two types of people, ones that cross the road to avoid us, and others cross to greet us” thank you. I love you kind of people..
You are a sweetheart for taking Teddy in and he is lucky to have you. A perfect match!
A friend had a bully that wouldn't go to sleep until the dog was tucked in - a 75 pound baby all wrapped up in his pink blankie.
So sweet, ☺🙂
And a baby pajama is even cuter! Bullies are big smiling babies!
What a sweet story; I like how she really sees his personality for who he is and he is so grateful to express his love to every person he sees
GOD BLESS YOU FOR GIVING THIS DOG A LOVING HOME, MAN'S BEST FRIEND.LOVE IT♡ LOVE HIM
What a cutie! He’s so loving and sweet. We love you for giving this baby a blessed forever home.
He's gorgeous. Thank you for adopting him, please never let him go back to the shelter, no matter what. He may resource guard you if you have a partner or child but it can be managed and he still can be loved!
ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE ❤❤❤🤍🤍🤍 God bless you for loving him so much !!!!!
😍 love Teddy! It makes me sad that some people are afraid of these types of dogs. I have two myself and they are the most loving dogs I’ve ever had the privilege of sharing my home with.
We have a pit bull mix named, very appropriately, Precious. I love the “happy” look she gets when she “smiles”.....Teddy has the same look. Love it.
🤧 aww he's such a gorgeous boy, bless you for adopting him, he's got a great life with you, great video thanks 💖😁
He is precious ! I'm so happy he is getting the love he deserves now!!☺
The love of my life was an English staffy. He was raised with my children and lived nearly 17 years. He never played with balls. He just never took to it. It wasn’t a reflection of poor parenting. He was a very happy pup. Five years after his death and I still miss him 🥺
Aweeeeee
They say time heals all wounds, it does it just makes it a bit easyer to deal with.Youre baby will always be,with you in youre heart youre soul.Youre mind Im sure he wouldnt want you,to feel sad all the time.Neither would my 15 1/2 year old chowchow Vinnie,or my 22 1/2 year old kittykid Snow. Those of us that have know, the love of a long liveing furkid.Should feel greatfull they got,to stay for so long.
Teddy's adorable, and if I saw him on a walk, I'd be so happy to say Hi to him!😊
So sweet , I wish everyone could enjoy bully friendship !! It’s one of a kind!!!!🐶🐶🐶🐶❤️ Their love for you is ALL IN YOUR EVERYTHING TO ME kind of love!
This dog has personality PLUS!!! I adore his quirks!! I've adopted 8+ rescues through the years, and I've learned that dogs can miss their window when it comes to playing ball. If they don't learn/experience balls, catch, & fetch as puppies/while they're young, they just won't learn.
umm he wasn't raised to be a pet, he was raised for dog fighting, why do you think his ears were cropped?
Aw, teddy is so wonderful and hilarious
