Fujimoto is literally insane. He gets bored with how a story is going then decides to just say "Fuck my shit up" and kill half the cast. When I hit this chapter in the manga I couldn't put this shit down.

everything and anything can be feared and depending on the fear the thing has on people the more powerful it. try and think of things a lot people are afraid of those are the most powerful as a manga reader the horror aspect from chainsawman is why people love it so much especially how the devils are drawn. the imagery yall see from future seasons and episodes are gonna blow people away
Been awhile since I read it last (not spoiling, just going over what might have been skipped over from the manga of the same chapter), and it might not have been explicitly said in the manga either, but I'm assuming snake girl gave katana man some blood, since that's all Denji would need to revive from any of his injuries as well, and then she also just has a contract with the snake devil, like Aki has with the fox devil. As for Aki's injuries, they're bad, but even the snake girl said he's still alive and their suits are pretty durable, like the public safety uniform is a type of like, urban armor, so it's assumed that helped blunt the attack a bit.

I had read read the manga so it didn't come as a surprise, but there is always some uncertainty about where they'll end the episodes since it's usually three chapters per episode, but they aren't super rigorous about it. The rain scene was well directed, no music to give away anything and the camera angles weren't super suspicious.
I literally stop when i read this scene with mouth open for like 5 minutes, like damn fujimoto, are you really fuckin kill makima?! IT'S MAKIMA 😭😭 like why on earth?! But as the story progressing it just geting better and better. It's barely scartch the surface man

I mean they definitely showed that he was that fast, he got behind Aki and stabbed him after he stopped “underestimating” him. The Ghost Devil is a literal ghost monster that was OP because of Himeno’s sacrifice, so obviously it was able to overwhelm him. I looked at the manga and what happened in the episode was pretty accurate to what it showed there
It may be an unpopular opinion but if you reverse the roles it's not the same. 16 y o girl with a guy that old having intercourse is not okay I think. But I feel like 85% of the boys in the age of 15-17 would like to have sex with women like Himeno (she is like 25-30 I think) and it's not gonna scar them or anything (it's my perception growing up as a boy and talking with a lot of boys. I am open minded and ready to read any counterpoints). Like in situations when a man is older he is seeking that sex, but in a situation when women older, I feel like most of the time it's not the sex but something beyond that. Even here you can see that Himeno is not seeking sex as of it is but something different. I don't know It's like my view and even in school at that age we were talking about our teachers that were like 25-30 yo when we were 15-16. Just my thoughts before watching reaction. P.S.
