Yes the darkness is real and I’m thankful that the Light of Christ overcomes the darkness. When my boys were little my younger son woke crying in the night. I got up without turning on the light as there was enough light coming through the window curtains from street lamps to see. I got him up to rock him and could see into the bathroom from the rocking chair. I could see the sink and shower curtain. A minute later I felt like something was watching me. I looked back at the bathroom and it was pitch black. I became very angry( righteous indignation), I pointed at the room and commanded them to leave in Jesus’ Name! From that day on I plead the blood of Jesus over my home and property(and air space within and above all the way to God’s throne). I also know someone who had something dark in a shape of a man press down on her chest when she was in bed. We are given authority over darkness by the Spirit of Christ, the Name of Jesus and His Blood!

You have a truly amazing testimony. This is really encouraging, I've been a strong Christian my whole life but recently I've had these desires to turn to the darker side of things and see what that side of me feels like.
